      Order a set of seats for a utv. They sent a tracking number from *****. I contacted after 1 month, they said it's on the way. I contacted again after 2 more weeks, no change in the shipping tracking log. I asked for a refund, they said ok it will take a week. They then ghosted me, no further contact, no refund, no items..

      On November 17th, 2023 I ordered a 70" ********** from the Silverug website, believing it to be a black Friday cyber deal and a legitimate business as well. I have a copy of the web receipt and have two different emails from the company, the first, letting me know that my order had been received, and the second letting me know that my payment had been processed and would be shipped within 3 days. I then received a third email on November 20th, 2023 notifying me that it was shipped and it included a tracking number and a link to the shippers site. The email stated it should arrive in **** days. The site showed the ** leaving from ***** and after about 25 days it said it was out for delivery on the 14th of December. It still says it was delivered in the mailbox but the place it was delivered was showing to be in *********** not to mention this is supposed to be 70 inch television that was placed in a mailbox. We live in ************** and our address is correct on the receipt of purchase sent by ********. I then tried to contact the company but the phone number listed on their site is disconnected. I then sent an email to the email contact listed explaining what had happened and requested that if the Television was going to take another month to arrive that the money be refunded, but either way for someone to please contact me and let me know what was going to be done to resolve the issue. I have not received an answer back and since the phone number is disconnected I have no other way to contact them. I can send copies of all emails including the purchase order and the email I sent requesting someone contact me about my order. I paid a total of $89.28 for the ** that I never received. If there is anything that can be done to help with this situation it would be greatly appreciated since I am 76 years old and live on my social security check. Thank you.

      Placed an order on October 18, 2023. Received confirmation that my order had been processed and a tracking number. The item was shipped from ***** and then delivered to an address in ************, *******. The wrong state. I have been trying to call them and email and the number is not ** services and emails keep getting returned. I believe the website is fraudulent and would like to get my money back.
