If I could give no stars, I would. If you are hiring Blake for a new roof, he may do a good job, anything outside of roofing seems to be out of his wheelhouse. We paid 8K on 5/9 to paint a 1784 sq ft home, power wash and paint a deck, and some small flooring work. His crew did a horrible job, paint everywhere, and they pee'd all over our toilet seats. The overall job was never completed. (We were not yet moved into the house, so could not supervise). Blake was clearly not there supervising either. Blake never inspected the work, and after multiple text messages, he finally came out to inspect the work on 6/12. (We had been back in the house since 5/26) During this inspection, he agreed to have the painters come out a 3rd time to complete "touchups". (The 2nd time they came out, they were not touchups, and my fiance had to babysit them the entire time.) Blake agreed to finish the job, but backpedaled on what was included, even though he had it in his notes to complete. My fiance reached out to Blake on 6/18 because we had not heard from him on when they would be back out. At this point, we requested only 1500 back so we could complete the work. No response. My fiance sent two additional texts on 6/25 & 6/26 asking for his thoughts. No response. I sent one on 6/26. Blake finally responded to me, stating he stopped worrying about the job from the 6/18 text and informed me that the world does not revolve around us. He will respond to this message stating we "refused" for him to fix it, which is simply not the case. When you have paid someone to do a job almost 2 months ago, your expectation is that they complete the job, and not go silent on you. Bottom line, Blake got his money, and the job was no longer a priority for him. He will not acknowledge giving any money back. Now telling us it's not his problem.

High Bar ********************************************* was excellent from start to finish of my foundation repair. Im a somewhat new homeowner, so finding out that I needed a foundation repair was daunting, but High Bar made the process as painless as it could be. They were the first company I contacted for a quote/opinion, and none of the other 3 companies I contacted to come out and inspect my house could beat their quote. High Bar was able to complete the project from initial contact, to quote, to completion of all repairs in less than 7 days. *********, the project manager was ******** and answered all my questions throughout the process. He kept me up to date during repairs and was onsite for the majority of 2 day construction to make sure everything was going smoothly. The construction team was awesome - I needed internal piers in addition to external piers, and they worked with ********* to minimize the damage to my hardwood floors inside my home. The team was also careful to keep my home and belongings clean and debris-free. The team worked hard to complete the project, including clean up in two days. Finding out that you need foundation work done is never fun, but having a company you can trust makes it so much easier and less stressful. Im super thankful I found High Bar, and I will use them for all of my future renovation and home maintenance needs. Thanks Blake, *********, and team!

I hired High Bar Construction to remodel my whole house. They did a great job. Very professional. When I had any questions ****** was always just a phone call away. Their crew were very professional. I'm moving in next week and can't wait to show my house off.

We hired High Bar several years ago to replace a hail damaged roof, that was denied coverage from the insurance company due to age. Not only did they work with us on my out of pocket expenses to do this repair, they also replaced several sheets of bad plywood (sub roof) and a few old soffit vents at no charge! They were in and out in less than 24 hours. One of my biggest praises, is there was not a single scrap of old roof, nails, trash or unused material when they left. My roof still looks AMAZING.I will use them again on my next major project, and I recommend them for yours!

High Bar has done a number of projects on our house. They are always honest, professional, timely, and personable. I feel that they listened to my goals and gave me appropriate expectations to help me finish my projects. Highly recommend. Will use for future projects.
