  I called this company on July 24 2023, to fix a small water leak on my refrigerator ice maker line, (I had no other problems everything worked great on refrigerator) ****** told me it was $155 a hr , but if he came after 5pm It was going to be$225 a hr, although I knew that was high for the repair, I agreed (he told me he could fix the repair within a hr, on the way to my house he asked me to send info and pics of refrigerator so he could have the parts on arrival, so I did as he asked, he shows up at my house walks in and cuts the line (5-10mins max)and says he has to run to ********** to get parts so he leaves to go get part that's 5mins away from my house (**********) shows back up 45 mins later with a bag full of different size parts, (sharkbites) and says I got u some extra parts in case it's happens again? Snaps sharkbite on line (I use to be a plumber sharkbite is a temporary fix, never used to be a permanent fix because eventually it will leak) originally I thought he was going to replace the line, I gave him my debit card to pay the 225 even tho I knew it was not worth that for the 15-20mins worth of work he did, so he ran my card and said he would text me the receipt, then my water wasn't working after he finished(he said it had air in the line it wouldcome out), so he leaves, then I realize my refrigerator is now broke (he got trash or something in the line that stopped it up)(now my ice maker and water doesn't work on a ***** dollar refrigerator) then he sends me a receipt through text, that's when I realized he charged me ******, he charged me for 2hrs of labor 40 dollars in parts (the part he put on my refrigerator was only a couple of dollars) he charged me for a bag of parts I did not ask for and that I will never use, he also said he did some other work which he did not preform) I contacted my bank and they said he provided a pin or signature, so I'm guessing he made up some fake documents, because I NEVER signed anything! He Scammed ME

  We have been dealing with ********************** since the end of July. We have all the text messages to and from that I will attach. He also disputed the charges with square in which we just got word that HIS bank sided in our favor due to the evidence we had in this case. ********************** has waited 3 months to file with the BBB, he is apparently trying to attack our character. I Natasha ******************** was the one who spoke with ********************** first and I advised him of the emergency/afterhours price of $225 an hour. I also advised him that it would be cheaper and would only be $150 an hour for regular time. He advised us to go ahead and come. As for shark bit fittings, anyone who has been a plumber knows that those are connections that can be used on PEX which now takes the place of PVC pipe in many cases. The picture that ********************** sent ****** also shows the exact same fitting that ****** used to replace on the fridge, and I have also included that in the pictures sent.You will see in the email exchange that we offered to pick up and pay him for the extra parts and we never got another response from him.  ********************** even sent the same complaint to ******,and they removed it when I was able to show proof of the business transaction. We ask that you see the evidence in our favor as it clearly shows we did the job asked by **********************. As for the time spent there, ****** quoted while I was there, ****** went on and on about his personal life and how he was at a bar recently and was drugged by a truck  and was beat up and was having trouble, he also even showed graphic pictures ****** also quoted His wife was standing there the whole time and she stated to him you need to stop telling your personal issues because that scares people. We are asking that you resolve this issue and it not be placed as an attack on our business. We strive for customer service, and you can clearly see that we do by our ****** reviews.

  I am rejecting this response because: first of all I waited 3 mths to contact BBB because it took my bank 2 1/2 mths to make a decision,  their response was that yall provided paperwork/documents that were signed by me, which has to be false documents,  because there was never any papers to be signed,  I never signed anything it was all done through text, (Forged signature) I also worked as a plumber at Mr ************* a sharkbite is a temporary fix,  he should have replaced to whole line, he did 15-20mins worth of work and charged me $556.66 2hrs of labor 40 dollars in extra parts which I did not need or ask for, and to top everything off he broke my refrigerator,  the water nor the ice maker work anymore on a ***** dollar refrigerator and what does our conversation have to do with anything?? All ****** did was talk the whole time, that paragraph u wrote about me is not correct anyway I love how u or him twisted that story up, and the end of the day yall Scammed ME and broke my refrigerator,  not professional at all

  O and BTW I took my post down on ******* not ******* but I will and can put it back up!!
