This price was a good deal, saving me $200 compared to other places I had found online. The check-in process was smooth, and I met ****** and **** in person. However, as I left, ****** mentioned they would get back to me with a quote, which confused me since we had already agreed on the summerizing service. After a week with no response, I followed up with ******, who said she would have something soon. Another week passed with no update, so I called again. ****** assured me she would call back within an hour with the quote. When I finally received it, the amount was over $4,200. I was shocked and asked for clarification since I only requested summerizing.****** couldn't provide a clear answer and said someone with more experience would contact me. **** called me shortly after, and when I expressed my concerns about the high quote, he became hostile. He accused me of disrespecting his wife, implied that my jet skis were in poor condition, and suggested I had an issue with the price because I was "cheap."Throughout the ****************** was disrespectful and aggressive, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. When I arrived, I noticed ****'s demeanor had changed significantly, and he had a visible firearm, which was unsettling. I paid the diagnostic fee and took my jet skis to my regular repair shop, which completed the necessary minor repairs for a fraction of the cost quoted by this company.My experience with this company was highly unprofessional and unpleasant.
