              Mr. John ******** the business owner took my payment of $2516.80 on 03-01-2022 for a Septice Design and told me that he will have the design ready in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks later, he then told me that he had other important matters came up with TCEQ and he has not had the time to have someone create my design. Poor customer service and cannot deliver what was promised to the customer.

              Thank you for your review, Ms. Zimmerman. We strive to make this earth healthier in everything we do. Sometimes this requires adjusting of priorities. You had just occupied your newly purchased home and we had corrected operational conditions of the existing, permitted system to provide an operating system during the transition to a better system for your needs. While we have many customers whose needs we have to balance, one customer had been found in violation of the rules by the TCEQ. I had to shift priorities to attend to the more urgent condition. While I regret losing you as a long-term customer, I promptly refunded your payment. Let me know if the occasion arises that you need our services. We'll still be here doing good things.
