            ********************* has received payment in full for my Barndominium home but will not finish the build. He has had my $$ for 1.5 years and wont return my money or wont finish the build. Please help me and my children . We sold our dream home for acreage and peace and quiet and we are left with a concrete slab with iron coming out of it. No roof no walls have been finished and now the wood I hired someone to frame the home is out in the elements simply rotting .

            After seven months of excuses and outright lies, Salt Ridge Properties abandoned the house they were building for my family and would not return my calls. Instead, the owner sent me to his attorney who would not return messages either. Their quality of work was laughably low and I had to get another builder to finish my home. The owner of Salt Ridge also tried to blame his previous project manager for financial woes of his company. Salt Ridge Builders never even made an attempt to fulfill their contract though my wife and I tried to work with them. I have plenty of pictures, videos, documentation to prove it. His vendors were calling me trying to collect on bills from Salt Ridge Builders long after they abandoned my **************** put, Salt Ridge Properties has a serious integrity issue and there are several other families who were left with nothing but a frame because Salt Ridge took their money and ran. There appears to be other victims of Salt Ridge Properties' schemes from the investigation that we conducted. The owner of Salt Ridge shut down this company and started another company out of the same address in *********, **. I recommend staying away from them.
