This company was hired for our daughters *********** to provide a service which included photography and videography up to 8 hours of coverage for the event. The event was booked and service paid in full on November 4, 2022 for at total price of $2,630.47 via Zelle due to the company offering a discount on this date and time only, and this had to be paid in full to reserve the date. My daughter's quinceanera took place May 26,2023, I received the agreed pictures on September ******************************************************************************** the editing department on their behalf. I inquired about the quinceanera video for the next 10 months after the event and kept receiving the run around and multiple exuses as to why the video was not ready. I finally decided to provide the company with a deadline for delivery and was informed the file of the event was currupted and was sent out to ********* in an attempt to recover video content. I then threatened legal action and in less than 3 days was provided with an 8 minute clip video of the even. I was not content with the clip video I was provide and informed the company, they basically informed me that videography videos are not 5 hours long anymore like they were in the 1990's. I proceeded to inform them I was not happy with the video and requested half of the money I paid when the event was booked because I only received 1/2 of the service I hired them for. They proceeded to tell me that I was taking advantage of them and they did not agree with the amount I was requesting to be refunded. I was offered $350.00 back only and I declined. At this point no resolution has been reached. I am not satisfied with the services. I am not able to write review or write a complaint on their website since it is being run out of a home address and I do believe they are not registered and are not paying taxes. It's very upsetting because this is not an event you can go back to recreate. I would like to warn the public.
