We have recently got our full roof replaced with this company as of 07/26/23. The total cost of this project was $8550.00 paid in cash. This company offered to replace the entire roof as outlined removing the old asphalt bitumen, inspect all plywood and replacing damaged plywood, replacement of drip edge and all existing vents and caps on the roof. This company determined it was best to place new plywood all 57 sheets into the existing plywood of the roof so the structure would remain the same and stronger. We were advised that our existing issues with the roof would no longer have dips (ponding) and that when walking on the surface of the roof we would not feel any soft spots. After the installation the roof was inspected by my brothers as the roofers did not walk through with us. We found several issues with the roof, areas that had ponding was still there, the dips were still there. The soft spots and crackling noises became apparent also, The vent cap on one side was dented by their worker. We tried multiple times to get resolution by whom we assume is the owner ********* and that was provided was false dates for resolution- where he would give us dates and never showed up. We were very patient at first but after several messages to him later and several days without response he finally sent one of his guys with a bucket of white roofing coating. The guy was rather very quick he placed a block of white coating on one the areas where ponding was happening and nailed the ac because they forgot to do this during installation of roof, the guy also made the ac leak and wrapped a plastic wrapping to cover the leak. He then told us he had to go because he had an emergency, promised to come back or next day to finish their job, but he never showed up. We have been very patient, after several messages enough is enough, We need this roof fixed or some credit back, we paid and want the work done right. Please assist. We may need to escalate further if they do not comply.Customer response

If not, please explain. The company came forward only after possibly escalating issue to the Media, BBB and social media. Wife Owner reached out and offered $150 **** gift card for inconvenience states that they been having personal issues with their family owned business as she has been sick recently and hospitalized. States that complaints will hurt their business, did not want to elaborate on what she can do to remedy the situation. Several days after the call the owner showed up to the house after several more messages for a resolution were made to them and possible escalation. Owner came back agreed to fix some issues, owner and one of his workers did fix an issue on the ac side and plastered white coating hallways. However, since the last time they been here they promised to come back on several different occasions, only to give empty promises and false dates. They dont even communicate with you, we have to be the ones to call and message them all the time. The work is not resolved or completed as of this date.
