  These are the pics are what they were to do and the last pic is all they done for 950. I got scamed for the amount and the lady that came out was very rude I dont think is worth the ****** dollars they they put a little paint on that took them 15 mins to do

  ********************** originally asked for stucco work as per original invoice. When we showed up to do the stucco work ********************* asked us to fix the interior of his garage where there was ceiling water damage due to a leak and to fix the leak that caused the water damage over the garage. We (JM) at that time told ********************** we would do the interior repairs and seal the window area of the garage where the water was coming in instead of the stucco work for the same price. Which he agreed. We performed the work we agreed on. shown on the pictures. At the time of completing the work he did not have any complaints and even called us back to give him an estimate to repair stucco of his home one wall at a time.
  It took two days to perform service at Mr. ********** home. The first day we worked on the interior of the garage.We primered the ceiling where the water damage was with a stain blocking primer. Then we did the new ceiling texture installation which takes about one hour to dry; before we can complete the final step to match the existing color of the ceiling to paint.
  The next day the roof crew showed up and sealed the garage area including the window. The white lines you see in the pictures is sealant. In some of the pictures shows gray on the roof edge to the wall. That is the grey granules that are applied over the sealant to match the existing roof material.
  The work that was performed at Mr. ********** home would have been estimated at around $1,500. We (JM) had already purchased the stucco material and went on to purchase new material to meet the changes ********************** made.
  At the time of completion ********************** did not mention any dissatisfaction. ********************** has been the only customer we agreed to pay in 3 monthly installments. as he asked if we would do him the favor. The first installment no problem the second installment he delayed more than 10 days and the last installment he delayed 45 days. Not once did he mentioned that he was not happy with the price nor the work that was performed.
  PS. The original invoice has a note that states the changes made.
  Ive attached a picture of the front of Mr. ********** home and the garage is not a small area to reseal.
