            I purchased a new home from Hancock Homes in December of 2020, and was able to move in ******* of 2021. Hancock was behind in the completion of the home and there were many items that remained on a punch list for completion. One of those items is the vinyl wood flooring. It has failed 3 times on our stairs and we have learned that Hancock has incorrectly installed the flooring downstairs as well. We have asked them to have the manufacturer come out and inspect the flooring which is clicking when walked on. They have ignored our requests. Additionally, we have now found that one of our front windows is either defective or was installed wrong and when it rains water leaks into the house. This has damaged the windowsill and baseboard. We notified Hancock who had someone come look but then did nothing. We have sent repeated letters requesting that they fix issues in our brand new home, which remain.
