I had Northwind replace my residential AC system with a Trane variable speed system in July 2022. They were honest, upfront, and fair priced and I have been saving money on my electricity bill ever since. The absolute worst experience I ever have had with a company. I hired them to replace our AC due to their good reviews but I suspect most of them are fake since my actual experience with them had been a nightmare. Over the course of a few months since they installed our AC, it has stopped working multiple times; it first stopped working within 2-3 days after they installed it! We run a daycare and this was absolutely unprofessional. Just being a few hours without AC is painful enough, let alone it malfunctioning on you for multiple days. Safe yourself the trouble and look for someone else for your HVAC needs.

The system installed at Mr. ****** business has gone down several times since we installed it which should not have happened. Upon arrival yesterday we did find the unit operating normally but we are scheduling a site visit by the manufacturer to get to the bottom of this. I apologize that this has taken so long to resolve and we will get this resolved. Regarding our reviews they are all legitimate reviews from customers which we are happy to verify.
