Previously had a great experience with Richmond's Air so called them out again when our outdoor condenser unit was not working properly. When the initial tech came out, there was a bit of a misunderstanding over the diagnosis of the problem and how much it would cost to figure out the problem. The owner, James R******** personally reached out to me, apologized profusely for the initial misunderstanding, took ownership of the issue, and worked with me extensively to figure out the problem with the system. Once the issue was finally diagnosed, a plan was made for how to repair the system. Mr. R******* personally came out to our home and supervised the team making the repairs to make sure everything was done properly and up to his exacting standards. Once all the repairs were complete, he personally checked the repairs and made the sure the entire system was working PERFECTLY. The system is working great now and cooling as it should. James R******* and the Richmond's Air team that worked on our system took NO shortcuts (like some other companies tend to do) and made sure the repairs were done not only as they should be done, but over and above what the basic repairs called for. Richmond's Air did an excellent job once again for us. You can judge a company by the fact of whether they do the bare minimum to make the repairs or they go the extra step to do the repairs in a way that will ensure that there are no issues in the future. Richmond's Air goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of and that the work they do will last for years to come. Mr. R******* stands behind the work of his company and his employees and will make sure you and your HVAC system are well taken care of. HIGHLY recommend Richmond's Air for all of your heating and cooling installation/repair needs. EXCELLENT WORK!

James the owner, Tiffany my field supervisor, Alex my installation leader, and the entire staff and crew of Richmond's Air are first class in every way! It all started when I had an AC issue in August, and they returned my call and sent someone out, even before my existing company did. It turned out to be a loose wire, but it got me thinking I needed to replace my 21 year old system sooner rather than later. I got a proposal from them, as well as from my existing company. I told both companies that I would have to think about it, as I didn't realistically think I could afford to do it at the time. The person from Richmond's Air said that if I couldn't do it now, I might be able to do it later in the year, when off season prices would be offered by the manufacturer. I thought to myself, is this company actually trying to help me instead of just making a buck? I couldn't believe it! And that's when I knew they were different. Wow, a company with integrity! In this day and age, that's extremely rare to find! I did get proposals from both companies again later in the year, and unfortunately my existing company's proposal was even higher, and for a much lower quality system, while Richmond's Air proposal was lower, just like they said it would be. To make a long story short, they not only did exactly what said they would do, they actually made it possible for me to purchase a higher tier system, one that would be more efficient and actually save me money in the long run. One that I really always wanted, but never dreamed I could afford. They made it clear that they truly were interested in what was best for me, and not just in making a buck. Fast forward to yesterday when I had my American Standard complete HVAC system installed, which by the way also included an iWave R air purifier, and the #1 reviewed Ecobee smart thermostat. In conclusion, I can't say enough about them! They have earned my business for life, and I'm very high maintenance! I highly recommend them!
