              i think the prices and the quality of the product is great. I think I have had only 1 or 2 duds from a pack of 500rds and once I got 100rds of 380ACP and 1 in each box was missing the primer. It actually turned out pretty cool since I am going to use them for key chains. I purchase from them all my ammo. 300blkout, 9mm, 380ACP, 40S&W. I like their prices and their speed of shipping.

              I was advised strongly against purchasing from this company, not only do not respond to your messages about your order information, but charge you , and when you request the cancellation in a refund, they delay the process 3 to 5 business days. Never understand online vendors are allowed to do this when they are allowed to charge you instantly for goods and services you have to receive but can hold your money until they get around to it.

              Have gotten ammo at good price before, but did their Black Friday sale and by a week before Christmas, only got half my order. When I questioned by email, just to get an ETA, they cancelled that part that was still outstanding and said they oversold and they don't have a backorder system. That's not good customer service.

              I've bought their ***** 9mm and 380 a few times, all great range ammo, no complaints. On this last order, they upgraded the 380 reman ammo to NEW ammo at no extra charge. Great company, keep it up.

              Ordered ammo and received what I ordered in 3 days. Only thing I could say that would be better is to put bullets in a holder instead of loose packed in the ammo can. But they never promised that so its not a complaint just a suggestion.

              My review is given on the experience from one purchase. I placed an order for new 9mm on the 26th of March, I immediately got an email stating that my order had been received and that I would be notified when it shipped. As a note my credit card was immediately charged. after 2 weeks I had not been notified of shipment.. I called their customer service line and got a message that they were overwhelmed with calls to answer and to leave a message and I would receive a call back. The message also stated that most orders are shipped in 2 days and that all orders are shipped in 5 days. I left a message and never received a call back. On the 12th of April some 17 days after I placed my order I got an email that my order had been shipped. That order arrived on the 14th of april. 19 days after the order had been placed. So much for 2 to 5 day response time. some of the cartridges have dents and scratches. I have not fired any of it yet. So fair price but lousy customer service.

              Horrible customer service. Ordered March 27th now April 12th, not shipped, can't contact them, only get automated email for all inquiries. Took my money quickly and not shipped. Believe I've been scammed.

              Ordered ammo and than never recieved it. They never responded to calls or voice-mail. Do not order from this company it is a scam.
