DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. I purchased a used washer from Erick's Resale Shop in May 2024. I had issues with the washer beginning after 2 weeks of purchase. First repair-it was leaking water from underneath washer, they came and took the washer for a couple of days and returned it supposedly fixed. Second repair -I had it back a couple of weeks and the washer wouldn't spin, so he sent out a repairman to my home and repaired it. I think he said he replaced the motor. Third repair- I hear water dripping and see the washer tub is about 1/4 full of water and water is dripping into it. I turned on the spin cycle to get rid of the sitting water and then I unplugged it and turned off the water at the wall. It is still dripping water this morning and has water in the machine tub. Fourth repair was last week (week of 9/8/24)- repair guy came out to fix a part that he had previous replaced. The last part which was just replaced that poured water into the tub was spewing water onto the floor when the washer was running. The repair guy ordered a part and I was informed by the owner the part should arrive sometime on Friday. I advised him I was home all day on Friday, Saturday morning only for repair, or alternately Monday. The owner texted me his repairman could come out Saturday afternoon for the repair, and I advised him I would be out of town the afternoon, but that I was available on Monday all day. Today is Monday and the owner texted me that I didn’t want to receive the tech on Saturday and to have a good day. He will not reply to my texts about this final repair. Now I am stuck paying another appliance repair person to come out and clean up the mess left behind and start all over. I’ve been without a washer 5 days. This is unacceptable. I will report this to the BBB also. Bad business practices.
