            The Better Business Bureau of Greater Houston and South Texas reviewed the business’s website in March 2023, and business's website has states a “100% satisfaction guarantee”.

            Despite this statement, the Better Business Bureau has received complaints and reviews from customers who state they were not able to receive their products or there were issues with the product.  Consumers were not able to received refunds from the company, after contacting them.  This issues falls within Standard 20 of the BBB Code of Advertising:

            20.  Warranties or Guarantees

            When using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” the advertiser should clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to the sale which could include putting it on the seller’s website. Advertisers should disclose any material limitations on a "satisfaction guarantee" or "money back guarantee" and define, for consumers, the meaning of claims such as "lifetime guarantee."

            I ordered 3 products over a month ago. Order #651502 I never received the products, and I paid for all of them. They told me that the order got lost in their system and that they were going to get right on it. I still don’t have any of the three products. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. These gifts were supposed to be for the holidays and were a month past and I have no contact with this company. They are not responding to my emails and do not have a phone number. Please help to get the product sent to me immediately and reimbursement for my difficulties. Ultimately, I want the products.             TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! I was awarded a VIP Customer status which is laughable as I have never been treated this badly by a company in my entire life! They will bombard you with emails seeking more money by making more purchases, as well as sending an email from supposedly the artist ( if you can call them that) asking for a tip!!! Yes! You’ve read correctly!! If you encounter a problem with your order or purchase- good luck!!! NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT or SERVICE!!! You can email for support however from my sad experience lasting over a month now, I’m in real doubt it’s an actual person reading the complaints and pretty certain it’s an AI generated response! Based on the content of the replies I’ve received ( a week later or sometimes never) which was completely irrelevant and oblivious to the issue I described in great detail! The fact that there’s nobody to turn to- even for a matter of overpayment and the request of a refund, is unacceptable to say the least!! Be very very careful!!!! I strongly advise NOT to use this company !
