            On May 29, i disputed an unauthorized transaction made to CarbonBargain, LLC. I disputed the transaction moments after it was made since I was notified immediately by Apple Card. Some time went by and the dispute was resolved. No party was injured. I got my money back and CarbonBargain did not send any of their products because of the dispute. I was happy that no one was scammed. On August 3rd, 2022, I placed an order with CarbonBargain for my friend's birthday. I ordered him a steering wheel from CarbonBargain's website. To this day I have not gotten anything. I have continuously been emailing them and messaging them on instagram and no response. The only response I got was on August 31. They said "You disputed the order a while back. So you will not be receiving your order." I responded saying that I do not wish to receive an order I did not place and thus disputed. I clearly told them that this was regarding another order, a completely different order number and everything. I repeatedly have tried contacting them and explaining that my previous dispute has nothing to do with my recent order. Am I banned from ever ordering from them again because I disputed a transaction before from them? I need help with this and I hope that this kind of conduct by businesses is not encouraged, rather discouraged and remedied. Thank you.

            Cheap material used starts to break or fall apart rather quick if you try to contact the business they won’t respond and just ignore you and if you use a since like affirm to pay them you will never see your money again, I too ignored reviews about them and bought a few times but when I purchased big on a wing for my car it arrived with damage and they have ignored me ever since
