            Date of transaction: 6/21/23 Amount paid: $799, insurance deductible Service: Autobody work to repair a front bumper accident Description: I got a car accident on my front bumper of the vehicle and I went to this auto body shop to repair my car through Progressive, the quality was below standard as photo shows, bumper not aligning with body, big gaps etc. Furthermore, the right side wheel arch fell off during my normal driving a month later, the adjacent parts show no sign of crashing or even scratches. However, this business technician claimed it to be air pressure change or somebody else bumped into this specific part without touching else where, complete excuses for his poor workmanship. The vehicle has been driven for 18 months without an issue but the wheel arch fell off just a month after the repair. The business is not taking responsibility of this incident and basically refuse to provide any more service although they claimed to have a life-time warranty for their workmanship.
