I bought a door handle to Champion Autopart. AC auto part send me the item. I have no use for the part and returned To the sender. Champion won’t answer my phone calls or E-mails. Ac auto recibes tha item (door handle) and said Champion will return $175 the I pay.Initial Complaint

I contacted this company for a replacement ECM for a 1993 Dodge w150, I supplied all information on truck ID plate and the part number of the original computer ********. They used a salvage yard in Phoenix Arizona and they then shipped a completely different computer number of ******** which is marked as 93 Dodge 250 and is not the part number I ordered. The computer they sent is damaged so badly it can not even be mounted back on any truck, all 3 mounts are broken out of plastic computer box and it was shipped covered in grease. I paid $375.00 for this unit and have sent all photos and had several phone conversations with the Champions Auto Parts customer service. As of right now they are not responding to my request for a correct part or a recall tag to send it back for a refund. No business that I have ever dealt with would send out a product like this in this condition and expect it to be accepted as what was ordered. Enclosed is pictures of how this unit was unboxed and also pictures of my original unit that shows the part number. Need to warn people DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.Initial Complaint

I purchased an engine from Champion Auto Parts on 05/05/2022. They had told me they had the one I needed and that it had been rebuilt, tested and was ready to be shipped. The engine never showed up at the garage where it was supposed to be shipped to. Delivery was supposed to be within 7 to 10 business days. I waited almost a month before contacting them, allowing extra time for delays we have all experienced due to covid. They said someone would contact me. A couple weeks later, I finally got someone who told me they could not fulfill my order and that they would refund my money. It has been well over a month since then and I have not been able to get a refund from them, over 3 months since I initially made the order and paid for it. The total amount was $2887.77
