Thiefs Christian Brothers automotive repair shop. To start i took my car there because i needed some parts installed. They wanted to charge me more for the parts than the actual cost. Saying the have a 3 year warranty on them. First off i got the parts from a credited vendor and it has lifetime warranty. Nevertheless i call asking for the parts to be installed and pricing. They say they go based off of the legal standard per car manufacturers time to quote their prices. They couldn't tell me how long or how much it would be per hour. They asked that i tale the car with the purchased parts. I took it and they said it was going to take two hours to install those parts. They said that on the **** labor time book it says two hours to complete. I had already done my research prior and found out many pages saying it take less than one hour. Nevertheless not fully trusting everything you see on the internet. I went and got it fixed there because the mechanic was convincing enough telling me it will take 2 hours and that he was also going to do a full diagnosis on the car to check for any extra things that could be wrong with the car. He installed the parts he said the previous parts did needed to be changed and he reset the engine light. This job took less than an hour not the two hours he said it was going to take. Asked if it was going to cost less since he took less than two hours. He said no because the extra money i payed covered the diagnosis since that is an extra service. The engine light came back on the same day but they were already closed. I took it back the next day to try and do a diagnosis and they said that the day before my car wasn't diagnosed so i have to pay for a new diagnosis. The front desk man told me that my parts were just installed and that each part took an hour to fix. I told him it didn't and that i was only there for less than an hour. However he told me it didn't matter if the mechanic took 10 minutes to install the parts i would still have to pay for 2 hours which is the labor time that it tales to install a pcv valve and a canister solenoid. I asked to see the legality of this where it says it takes 2 hours to fix it and he said he cannot show me this information because it is proprietary info. He's not allowed to show me (the consumer) the book where it tells me the exact time it takes to fix these parts. Any how he said that for European cars the charge anywhere between $250-$270/hour. Now this is another lie i catched him in. Keep in mind he mentioned those prices about per hour. However i was charged around $250 for two hours. Clearly $125/per hour. But he said with certainty that its $250-$270/ per hour. Did you catch the ******* in everything i just said?? I hope you did. Anyhow there's nothing Christian about this place. You go in there and they have the crosses everywhere with religious books. Thiefs misrepresenting a religion taking advantage of people. I will report this business to the *** , ***(which i know they can't do much unless they have sufficient evidence. They can at least keep track of all fraudulent reports) and with the consumer protection agency. I implore those who took the time to read this to net let these fake religious people. These fraudsters to take advantage of you. And if you have please report them to these agencies i just mentioned. The more reports they have the better. The law acts slowly but it acts. I know im not the only one that got taken advantaged of and lied to. PLEASE REPORT, REPORT, REPORT!!!!!!!!!! The masses speak louder. Most of these other comments i see are from people that don't actually take the time to investigate. They just see their car fixed and consider it a good job. Its not about whether they do the job or not. Is about the scam going on here. THEY'RE RIPPING YOU OFF ! WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE

The person that has filed this complaint has never been to Christian Brothers Automotive Space Center….they need to remove this complaint immediately!
