Had some paint work done to my vehicle by this business. Once I picked up my car I paid them portion in cash and the rest using a debit card. *** Vazquez the business owner told us that the receipt was going to be sent by email. Days have passed and I have requested by phone/text and email. No response from them whatsoever. Not only do I need the receipt of the purchase but the warranty information. I had some pictures of some rework that needs to be done and since I haven't received the receipt I cant properly file for this work to be corrected. Owner has ignored all communication - workers provide no information on how I can contact this person.Business response

ON SEPT. 10 , 2022 MR FLORES CAME IN TO AGREE WHAT THE JOB PROCESS AND LEFT HIS CAR THEN FROM THEIR HE CAME SEVERAL TIME TO THE SHOP TO SEE THE PROCESS AS WE WHERE WORKING ON IT. ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2022 HE CAME TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE IT WAS VERBALY EXPLAIN THAT ANYTHING HE DIDN`T LIKE ON THE JOB WE PERFORM TO GIVE ME A CALL AND HAS 24 HOURS TO BRING IT BACK. THAT SAME DAY HE CALLED ME BASED ON MACHANIC WORK WE DIDN’T PERFORM DUE THAT WE DIDN’T AGREE ON THAT ISSUE WAS BASED ON ANOTHER PREVIOUS DAMAGE. WE ONLY PERFORMED PAINT JOB THEREFORE IT WAS COMPLETED.WHEN MR. FLORES CAME IN TO CHECK ON THE PROCESS HE NOT ONCE ,ADE A COMPLAIN OR POINTED ANY ISSUES OUT. AFTER PICKING UP HIS CAR I DID RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROMM MR. FLORES THEREFORE I NOTIFIED HIM TO BRING IT BACK WITH IN 24 HRS. WHICH HE NEVER DID.
KNOW AT NO MEANS I`M JUSTIFING MY SELF THE REASON WHY I HAVEN`T SENT OUT THE RECEIPT AND THE WARRENTY IS BECAUSE ON THIS DAYS I LOST MY CELL AND HAD TO REPLACE IT THEIR PHONE THE INFO OF MR.FLORES
VEHICLE WAS THEIR I`VE CALLED AND KNOW REACHED OUT THRU EMAIL FOR THE VIN NUMBER OF THE VEHICLE . I WILL BE PROVIDING THE RECIEPT AS WELL AS THE WARRENTY ON THE CHRYSLER . THEIR ARE PICTURES UPLOADED.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
Todays date 10/20/22, vehicle was picked up on September 15th. That is over a month ago and still no receipt sent from this business. I am not going to waste more time explaining the details. Just wanted to make sure people know what kind of business this person is running. Not a business to trust. I will let the court process complete this matter. I gave them opportunity to fix their mistake and they chose not to do it. Mistakes happen but when the business doesn't care to fix them, that tells me a lot about a business.
