Hello, I placed an over the phone order for a CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE cake and I did not receive it. First while ordering, there was already some push back from the young man over the phone, he was questioning my choice to get this particular cake because it's gluten free. With my money I should be able to purchase what I want. I received a cake to take to a company event and it was not the correct cake at all. It was a CHOCOLATE CHIP cake. Called the store & NISSA said she'll take care of it, just send a picture for confirmation to their email. This where another issue came in. NISSA gave me the wrong email. I had to repeatedly call the store to get the correct email, somehow no employee knew the correct email. Very hard for me to believe it was an honest mistake. I had to find the proper email on my own. Sent the email and called to see if it was received & the associate spontaneously changed her mind. She said I cannot get a refund because I accepted it. Also proceeded to wonder why I would want an "expensive" gluten free cake in the first place. That was extremely inappropriate. It is no one's business what I Choose to purchase with my money, also when you have a gluten allergy, the last thing you want to hear is someone questioning your choice of food. As for the refund, that's not what was discussed at first and that's no where in the policy. If a business makes a mistake, they need to correct it. I do not want anything from this bakery, I do not trust them unfortunately because they are proving themselves to be very unethical, dishonest, & questionable. It should not be this difficult to get my money back for something that the young man over the phone messed up. It's a mistake that should properly be corrected. I hate going through this inconvenience but I must pursue this until a refund is received because I cannot accept this type of treatment as a consumer anywhere my money is spent
