Jessica ***** helped me out reaching a settlement that was doable and ALSO getting me a very reasonable payment plan. The creditor told me they could only do one or the other, but Jessica at Weston Legal managed to get me both. I had a great experience. I was very anxious about even hiring a lawyer, but I'm so glad I did. Even adding on legal fees, I'm still going to pay less overall than the creditor told me was possible. When I found myself not knowing not to do, the Weston Legal team took the steering wheel and help me navigate through the rough waters. It was super smooth and easy. Amazing experience, will definitely refer them to anyone. Brandy and Eric worked with me on 2 cases and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome, with one case being dismissed. I had five lawsuits filed against me around the same time, and Weston Legal came to the rescue. I am extremely grateful to Trenton ****, who handled all of my cases, and to the other staff members I spoke with. An affordable payment plan made it possible for me to use their legal services. The client portal allowed me to access documents and stay on top of each case. More importantly, Trent was incredibly helpful. He consistently explained each case, informed me of my options, offered sound advice, and asked how I wanted to proceed. He then detailed the next steps. His communication was excellent, contacting me via email, the portal, and phone calls. I did not have to appear in court; they managed everything from negotiating settlements to having my cases dismissed. Trent made an extremely stressful situation bearable, and I did not feel judged. Started freaking out when I started to get lawsuits in the mail from creditors but luckily Weston Legal sent me a letter as well letting me know they could help me. I went with chapter 7 bankruptcy and everything has been smooth sailing. I can't say I wasn't stressed but weston legal and specifically Melissa Cruz helped ease it as much as they could. She and the team at weston legal ensured I had nothing to worry about and they guided me through the entire process. I WOULD recommend them to anyone dealing with lawsuits or is thinking about filing bankruptcy. I am soon to be debt free and Its all thanks to them.Review from Terry D
