Date of the transaction is 3/19/2022 We gave our Credit Card information and they charged an initial deposit of $2,700 with a balance of $4,100 at installation. They showed up on June 11th to install the shades but they only installed the curtain. The employees said they could take a check for the remaining balance but I wouldn't pay until the whole job is completed. They took additional measurements and said they should be back in 7 to 10 days to install the rest. I reached out to the owner on June 14th in regards to a defect we noticed on the curtain and sent him a video by text. He replied back "limits still need reset after fabric relaxes. Will have them check everything when they bring back fixed shades". It's been two months since, and no one has come. I've reached out 4 more times after my initial complaint and nothing has been resolved and the job hasn't been completed.
