              H2Eco Bulk Water was hired to re-fill our swimming pool. They had 2 trucks come out Jan 13, 2022. One truck ran into our wall and RV gate. They told us to repair of the wall and gate and they would reimburse us. We got 2 quotes and went with the least expensive quote. We had the repair done and paid the invoice of $2,400. They kept telling us they were going to reimburse the repair cost and eventually reimbursed $272.19 (not sure where that number came from). We requested full reimbursment several times and it never came. Their water truck caused the damage during a water haul to fill our pool on Jan 13, 2022 at our home **** * ****** ***** ****** ****** ******** ** ******

              Called the service for Florida- was given a date of over a week away-begged to be put in a wait list for sooner- they charged my card over $1,100 although they quoted me $850- no earlier call, finally Saturday arrived, by 1:30pm no call, no word, I called them- at first the rude phone attendant told me she could find no account in my name and no appointment- I finally found an email receipt they had sent- which is how I discovered what they had charged- the girl on the phone told me that although my receipt said $1,100 she had $850 in computer and had suddenly been able to find mt acct and delivery date, which she claims is on Tuesday- I asked her to cancel Tuesday and issue me a refund- the whole thing felt shady at this point- all of a sudden she was just a weekend girl who answers the phone, she can’t cancel the appt., she refused to even leave a message for owners or manager- told me to just call back on Monday and hung up on me!
