11/10/2021 We purchased a video surveillance system that cost $4, 250.00 The cameras always going out. No video and the intercom never work from day one. They did over 25 trouble calls and change out some of the cameras, but the system never work properly. They sold and install a defective product at my Daycare Center. And I want the system removed and a refund of the cost. So I can purchase a system that works.Business response

Please find the attached response, copy of the work order to which Mr. Pye threatened to sue us and an overall condensed service history. Detailed copies of each service ticket can be provided if desired.
In addition, Mr. Pye did not include the last 2 pages of the sales and service agreement which are attached for everyone's convenience.
In short, we disagree with Mr. Pye's perspective and respectfully deny his request.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The system is defective (cameras) The indoor speakers for announcements, paging and 2 way audio never worked. Audio recording do not work. We paid fora product that is no good.

Mr. Pye has claimed that the camera system that was installed in April 2021 has never worked which is not accurate. Mr. Pye wants the system removed and a refund.
Any legal / contractual obligation of our 1-year parts and labor warranty has been expired for several months. Any service work on the camera system going forward would be billable at our normal labor rate plus materials. With that in mind, most of the system components are still under the 3-year manufacturers parts guarantee.
We disagree with Mr. Pye and reject his request to remove the system and provide a refund.
