I went to this location around May 18th, 2022 to purchase a car radio. The model was for a **** ******* for $950. The owner Shawn ***** had the radio installed and a few weeks later I reach out to Mr. ***** due to the radio glitching and freezing. Mr. ***** stated to me that he could have the radio removed but it would take time due to his illness and him being down due to it. I was completely understandable at the time and wait a few months to see about getting the radio removed at a later time to give him time to recover. The radio was finally removed and no credit was given nor did he inform the original leasing provided that he removed the merchandise and kept it in his store to sell for a cheaper price. I’ve reached out to Mr. ***** who stated that the business is now permanently closed and no longer has anything that the other store had. After doing research online the company is not closed and he refused to resolve the issue at hand and did not want to provide the *********** ******* with the information that he had an employee remove the radio at the location **** ** *** ******* **** * ******** ** *****. Nor did he want to provide a return receipt or a credit invoice. The invoice for this was ***** *** *** ***** *** ***** At this time I would like to get an explanation as to why would a grown man want to mess over a woman knowing that business was done to have this item removed from my red Nissan rogue. I’m currently asking that the. Amount of $400 be sent of to clear this and resolve the issue. Which is a big difference for the $950 the leasing company is requesting. I’m willing to meet more than have but as request do your diligence and make this right.

Firstly, we want to emphasize that we take all customer complaints seriously and strive to resolve them to the best of our ability. However, after conducting a thorough internal review of our records, we were unable to locate any information regarding the return of a **** ******* car radio, as described by ******* ******* in their complaint. We kindly request ******* ******* to provide any proof of purchase or return documentation to assist us in addressing this matter promptly. Specifically, we require a removal and return proof in the form of a receipt.

Regarding the installation of the radio, it is important to note that while we aim to provide the best service to our customers, we are not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty or technical issues with the products. We encourage customers to reach out to the manufacturer directly for product-related concerns.

Furthermore, we are not aware of any communication or request from *********** ******* regarding the removal of the radio or any associated invoices. We are committed to resolving any outstanding issues, but we require proper documentation to proceed.

It has come to our attention that ******* ******* mentioned our business as being permanently closed. This is not accurate; our business continues to operate, and we are here to address customer concerns and inquiries.

To facilitate a resolution, we kindly request ******* ******* to provide:

      1. Proof of purchase or any documentation related to the **** ******* car radio.

A removal and return proof in the form of a receipt.

Any communication with *********** *******, including invoices or requests for information.

A detailed account of the installation and removal process.

We would like to emphasize that payment arrangements and credit rating concerns are matters to be addressed between ******* ******* and *********** *******. We are not directly involved in these financial arrangements.

Once we receive this information, we will promptly investigate the matter and work towards resolving the matter in a proper manner. We are committed to ensuring a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved.

******* ******* can also set up an appointment with me and bring the documentation requested she can also visit us to simply go over details as all we have received in this matter is a phone call from the customer.

Yes I am buzy and have to get the complete paperwork  requested and even if we read the response of the customer according to that the radio was kept as a form of compensation for the labor performed financial obligations towards *********** ********* are the customers responsibility to take care of I am not confirming but will by what you (customer) have said the radio was kept by us so we would get compensated for the work we did to take it out and replace it with your  factory radio you are liable to pay for it to the finance company beca6this would not be a sale return but just a compensation for services recieved we take pride in what we do but we are not at fault here even if all of what you said is true.

We are still here to discuss it further but in reasonable terms because at the end of the day we want to be fair.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

      Regards,

You wanted me to come with proof! So here’s your proof! You clearly lied about the shop being closed and not only did you lie about that you lied about NOT RECALLING ME GETTING SERVICED at the location. When clearly the proof is in the pudding. Via emails and records from *********** *******. Secondly you’re willing to discuss things but not clear them up!!!!MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Because now I’m starting to see you are a very vindictive and manipulative person!!!! You seen a woman and took advantage and hit me with a sad story about me even having to wait to remove the radio because you were ill. Which may not even be true if you’re willing to sit here and lie about the smallest thing. Just say your money hungry and didn’t feel the need to repay it back. Because of course *********** ******* did pay you in full for the radio and labor. But you being the greedy BOY you are you didn’t feel that it need to be sent back because according to you you’d have to sell it to someone else as used. So technically you double back on profit twice maybe even 3times. Until we can speak as adults I honestly don’t feel the need to communicate with you. I’ll leave my complaint here and maybe others will read it
