There was a $99 special for chimney cleaning. The tech came to the house and within 15 minutes started saying all the extras I need to do so my house was safe. He started with an extensive cleaning would be $1,500.00. Then there were a couple of cracks that need be sealed he said $6000.00 then the chimney needed sealed. But if I did it today and submitted an interview he would make it cheaper. He then asked how much my house was worth. WHY he said he could do everything for$2,500. But it had to be that day. I felt pressured and discriminated against since I am a single woman and there wasn’t a man here. The worst experience and I had to do the interview and say I was satisfied. Manipulative company

Date of inspection: 12/21/2022 Amount Paid: $99 inspection plus $300 deep clean of chimney They were supposed to inspect for safety, explain proper operation and deep clean the chimney. We were told it was safe to use and would be good until an annual inspection was due next year. However, when we lit the fireplace and opened the dampener, the dampener actually fell apart due to rusting through on the rivets that held it in place. The chimney was not venting properly and the house filled with smoke. My wife spoke to a woman on the phone who said that we were notified that the fireplace was unsafe to use. That is not true. I attempted to contact the company to obtain a copy of an inspection report via e-mail, Facebook messenger and a comment on their Facebook page. All communication was ignored and I have been blocked from Facebook entirely. I was never rude or obnoxious in any of my communications with them. Now I'm left without a working fireplace, out of $400 and I still don't know what is wrong with the chimney.

We called this company out for the 99.00 chimney cleaning. We had two fireplaces. He came out and while he was there we wanted to get a bid on fixing a leak in both fireplaces. We. Showed him pictures of wear it was leaking. He gave us a bid and guaranteed his work. We knew and told him we needed a cap on one and other was not sure where the leak was coming from but was dripping from inside stone down front. Thinking they would be coming back to do the repair since it was a big job. He proceeds to say they could clean the chimneys and fix both leaks and paint it to wear it would look like new that day. We were surprised but accepted the offer. They were there exactly 4 hrs.! We had agreed on price before but thought for sure it would take a lot longer labor and with the parts. He wanted payment and I writ him a check and signed receipt on his phone. When he left I asked if he could send pictures of his work and itemized receipt. He said he would email it. He came back out because he ran out of paint and used two different finishes on outside fireplace and it had streaks. He resprayed and left. Called him back out because it was still streaked and they got black spray paint all over my stone! He resprayed again and tried to get paint off stone but could not get it all off! The first rain we got both fireplaces were still leaking! Called him back out and showed him pictures of the leaks which was same as before except outside was worse. He came back out said he fixed the problem and said to call if we had a problem with next rain. Very next rain outside fireplace was still leaking but did not notice any leaking on inside fireplace. Called him back out did more sealing and said that it should work. It is still leaking! My husband called and asked for a manager and explained that we payed $600 for $200 cleaning and $5700 for 4hrs work on a fireplace that is still leaking. She said the 600 was for deep cleaning and could not fix leak because it was a roof problem

The signed invoice detailed 2 full chimney restorations, because customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, we had technicians visit your residence 4 times to assure the chimney work was properly completed. Upon several inspections, our technicians did recommend you contact a roofer, due to the leak not being chimney related. Any previous leaks that were chimney related have been resolved during the restoration, any additional leaks were not guaranteed because they are not chimney related. We do take into consideration all factors and seek out signatures on all of our invoices prior to any further work being performed. We have made an attempt to come to a resolution for you and offer a partial refund for the repairs on 1 chimney that could have possibly prevented a leak. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any roof leaks.  If you would like to discuss with us further or retrieve your partial refund, feel free to get back to us at 346-803-2981!
