Archer Systems is handling the lien resolution process for my IVC filter lawsuit. They have had the case for approximately the past two years. When I last talked to them 6 weeks ago they informed me that all the liens have been resolved and information was being sent to Bard Inc. To have funds released. They also said to call them back in 6 weeks for a status. Well, it's been 6 weeks and they don't answer their phones. I left both phone and text messages but received no reply to either. I have left numerous text and voice messages again and no reply. They never answer their phones and you get routed to voice mail. My attorney firm sent me a letter in Oct of 2020 stating they have contacted with Archer to handle the lien resolution process and they anticipate that will take a year. Well, now it's been over two years and still waiting.

An attorney represented our family in a legal proceeding which resulted in a settlement. The law firm has sent me, in writing, that Archer Systems will be sending me a check and that I should look out for a tracking number from them. After several weeks, I reached out to Archer Systems and spoke to a representative. I shared that my attorney provided me an email telling me to look out for a tracking number. I had concerns that maybe I missed the tracking number, or a delay was not communicated to me. The Archer Systems representative was very friendly and professional; however, he was not helpful. He simply referred me to my attorney. I reached out to my attorney. My attorney has referred me back to Archer Systems. I've been told that Archer Systems is solely responsible for the lien process and disbursement of funds. I simply want to know the status of my check. If it’s still being processed or reviewed, then please just tell me that. If something happened and I’m not getting my settlement, then please tell me that. If you have an idea when it will be sent, then please tell me that. This back and forth communication, the blame game between the attorney and Archer Systems is unprofessional. I’m just asking for an honest update. This settlement check is due to a health related injury that resulted in my father's death. We have been through a difficult time caring for our father while he fought cancer, and ultimately died as a result. We are reasonable people. If it takes another 3 months, 6 months, etc. to process the claim...that's fine. We just want to know...because our attorney told us, in writing, that the check was on the way. The case is a settlement check for ***** ****** ******. He is deceased. We’ve been through probate and I’m his Estate Administrator, his biological son, Nathan ***** ******.

I signed paperwork for Archer to do lien resolution in 2021. As of November 2022, they informed me that they just started looking for liens. They informed me that they had to check into Medicare so that Medicare had the opportunity to collect, I've never had Medicare. All I've ever had is Medicaid. My health is declining, and I'd like to be able to enjoy the settlement before it's too late. They gave me an estimate of December 2023. That is ridiculous. If necessary, I'll find a legal authority to file a Class Action against Archer.

I am tired of the lies, I've been at least 2 years waiting on my funds, and when I contacted Archer today, was told I have a long way to go yet, as they're still searching. I have been told more than once that my check is going out in December of 2023, they told me that whoever told me that date, is wrong, they don't have a date as to when my check will be disbursed. I don't have any liens. If my settlement isn't disbursed asap, I'm considering a Class Action against Archer. I'm a senior, over 65, cancer took most everything away from me, so why do I not deserve to have it before it's too late?
      Regards,

Contacted by this company and followed up with them to get a lump sum settlement. Was sent the check in the time they said it would take. Deposited the check in a ****** bank account on 11-21-2022 they said it was a legit check and the funds would be available on 11-23-2022. Upon checking my acc The balance was 0 and the status of the was that the deposit was returned. The reason for return was that the account that the check was written from was closed. I am furiously working on contacting them and they keep saying that all representatives are busy from the very minute they opened. I am now contemplating a criminal complaint with the FBI who will handle this matter further.

the archer group is informing that my settlement is being delayed by the medicare people, and that the department of justice is investigating them. I have contacted these agencies with the help of senator marsha blackburn of tennesse and both claims seem to be false. I have contacted the office of inspecting general or oic to also investegate this claim. I know that these people have been paid but it is not fair that the people that has sufffered suffer more . thank you

Nothing has been settled and no written documentation to support this agency! I have contacted the Vice President of Medicare and she is working on sending me information on this case! No one can show legal documentation of the work they say they have done! All this information should be provided under in freedom of information act since Medicare is a government organization! Just words no written legal documentation!  I have 35 pages of information of people I have talked to and gotten a different story every time!!

My husband's camp fire settlement was held up for a past bankruptcy, we have been given the run around for over a year. We were told Archer is holding the settlement up. We keep getting told dates to expect a end to the madness the first was August 2022 but then CA decided to possibly forgive taxes so Archer decided to hold onto and delay settlement and wait. It's complet no taxes but still its being held hostage, all the while they are draining the settlement to pay fir their fees and anything thing else they choose and holding my child's money as well. Nobody will or can help as we are told because everyone is at the mercy of Archer. It is wrong. Not only did we have to lose everything from PGE we now have to from Archer as well. We have gotten no updates or statements from them as to what they are doing with our money either. We could have just taken all the debt out of settlement and paid it all and been done easy peasy but we are being punished instead. Why? We get no answers and no end in site. It's wrong.

In November of 2021, my daughter received a settlement for her cancer. Archer was to send a certain amount of the settlement money and withhold another amount for any monies that may be owned to *****************. If there were no monies due, the remainder of the money was to be released by 2/2022. We are now in October and they give my attorney a different date each month. They must be corrupt. My daughters cancer occurred over 15 years ago and there is zero money owed to anyone for her cancer treatment. Archer has been giving my attorney the run around for almost one year on the additional $55K that they owe us. They are doing with is hundreds of clients. I am going to have to hire another attorney to get the remaining funds. Please make sure this gets on their file.
