I booked a PCR COVID19 test about three weeks ago for this morning for six of us. I received a VM this morning saying no one was coming. I called the phone number and after some hemming and hawing (no explanation as to why no one was coming to this appt I made weeks ago and verified like 18 times including last night). They said she would get back to me with a time they could come today.  After a few minutes, she called back and said someone would be here at 1 pm. Of course, if they don't show up again we're scrambling to make an appt late in the day on Sunday for a flight that needs this before we can board at like 6 am on Tuesday. So, no. We can't wait until 1 pm. Then I got an email from Diana Suarez saying Onshy Amster will be here between 9a-10a. So I responded back asking if this was actually the case. No one has gotten back to me. So I am waiting here, it's 9:58 am, just in case someone does show up because no one is getting back to me, meanwhile we've all had to register with another clinic to get tested. This is obviously a failure of something. I won't be using them again. I will be leaving this review on whatever websites I can find - not to be a jerk, but to warn people that this company can't be trusted and to just go and do it themselves at a CVS or other reputable, established medical facility.
