Company received my wedding dress and when they sent it back, it never came back to me. I called this company with many tries to reach someone and when I did, she was rude. I submitted a claim to UPS to track my lost dress but they could not locate it. Lady told me to start a refund with her and send my receipt for the dress I bought. Weeks past and again had to try too many times to contact someone, when I did, she told me to wait two weeks. After a month from that phone call, she will not pick up any of my calls/texts. Note, I have talked to the same person through-out my awful experience with this company. I emailed the receipt of my dress to the company on September 9, 2022. I paid 1678.03 for my wedding dress. I called back on October 11, 2022 and was told to wait the two weeks. I sent my wedding dress via UPS on July 25, 2022 at 3:50pm. It has been months since this has been a problem. The outcome I want of this is my refund that the lady told me she would do. The dress was also insured by this company. I would like all of my money back, the price of my dress (1678.03) and price of preservation kit (149.95 as listed on David’s Bridal). I had alterations done to this dress but couldn’t find receipt so the dress cost even more. But because I can’t find that receipt, I am asking my $1827.98 back to settle this issue. I sent out my Bridal dress and veil to this company in late May 2022 so it can be cleaned and preserved. I have not heard back from them since I sent my dress. I have had no emails or phone calls. When I call the company, no one picks up and no one answers my voicemails. I have tried emailing, faxing and using the text number provided and none of these methods have resulted in someone reaching out to me. My expensive and special wedding dress and veil seem to be lost at this point and I cannot get in touch with anyone at this company to help me.
