Horrible company. They dont inquire anything from the companies theyre contracted with. They just grab the reports of unclaimed money and put those in collections. I just got off the phone with them and were completely clueless of the account. Had no records or docs from the company. Just all my private info and a dollar amount. No notes or any of the appeal process that went on with the company in question. Company i resolved the amount with has not sent me a bill in over 18 months and out of nowhere ARstrat sends me a collection. I have wasted over 10 hours dealing with the errors of both companies. Arstrat, if youre trying to get a legitimate debt it needs to be in a timely manner, and you need to provide all the documentation. You should have proof of ALL of it. If you cant prove the debt is legitmate than, thats your problem. Also, they dont even allow you to email them proof. They want mail or fax machine. What a joke! I should bill you for all the time I've wasted.Review from leslie e

I sent in another payment 2/11/24 to ARstrat and sent to the address on the preprinted payment coupon at: c/o ******* ***** ******* ** *** ***** Detroit, MI 48232-3720 The payment was returned by the post office stamped "LOCKBOX Closed, return to sender ". I called today 3/26/24 and spoke with Shavyay she told me they just recently updated the return payment address!!!! She was just wanted to give me another address to send the payment to, I refused and asked to be sent a corrected bill. After the called I tried to find out any other information on the company to speak with someone who could help me.. NO LUCK! I then proceeded to read the reviews and score from the BBB 'F'.. This company has persistently harassed me daily. I don't know them and I tried blocking their calls but they continue to leave messages. I called them to ask them to stop but they won't. They are not trying to connect with me but someone else. Nothing stops them.Review from Simon B

This company leaves spam messages. When I try blocking them they spoof their phone numbers. I have not received any mail or correspondance from them. It seems they are bordering on stalking. The same woman with an obnoxious voice keeps spamming my phone.Review from Tabatha E

This company calls my number 3 times a day. I finally picked up, they ask for someone else. I told the lady this is not his number, and you keep calling me multiple times a day, to please remove my number. She then Yells at me saying " all you had to do is say this is not his number and screams BYE" then slams the phone day. Literally it was very tacky and very unprofessional. . I immediately call back, xxxx*********, I ask for a supervisor, put on hold. While on hold they are calling me yet again. I was hung up on both lines. I never got the resolution that I needed. Get rid of the rude customer service. if you did, maybe your rating would go up. I tried to file a complaint on their website, the contact us, doesn't redirect you anywhere and the customer service, refuses to transfer you. If I had a bill with them, I would not trust giving my credit card information over the phone, they are not professional. I wish they had 0 stars.Review from Richie B

IF I COULD RATE -100 I WOULD. trying to collect debt with INACCURATE INFO. literally my health portal says im at $0.00. nothing outstanding. eff off. Check your statements to make sure you're in the clear. I don't trust this company at all and am taking it to my credit institutions to make sure this bs isnt on my credit history. I’m copying and pasting from my ****** review on this company. Just got a call from this place who was asking for my husband and to verify his info, which I did not. I don't give any personal info to some rando I've never heard of or we have never dealt with before. I finally got it out of this incredibly rude lady that it had to do with ******* *********. We don't even live in Texas. The last time we were "in" Houston was driving through the city for about 20 minutes in 2017. Never, NEVER give out your personal info or card info if you didn't initiate the call and do your free credit check every year!!!! Guard your identity like a hawk!!!
