              Chantal customer service has been nothing but a nightmare. Currently sitting at over a month now of reaching out via email and phone calls to get a dysfunctional kettle replaced or refunded. Our phone calls and emails are either totally ignored, or get a generic response repeat the same “helpful tip” about oiling our kettle. The way our kettle is dysfunctional can no way be fixed with any amount of oil.

              Resolution of this issue with our teakettle took longer than normal due to multiple points of contact through different channels. In many cases the parts of a new teakettle respond to a drop of cooking oil, but in this case we have initiated a return and refund for her product. Chantal continues to stand behind its product quality for all consumers.
