Texas Bay charge me $15 for wire that was not sent. The inability to sent the wire or have a timely procedure to correct wire resulted in me incurring substantial costs and lost time. The information I provided was not used as intended.Initial Complaint

on dec.23,2021 I purchased a case from china and before I checked out I selected the method of payment. to where I would have no issues, but long and behold this has become a nightmare I called my bank and verbally asked them to stop this company to stop pulling money from my account and refused texas bay credit union wanted me to give them $29 so they can stop this company from pulling from my account. THEN .... I get a letter asking on how they can help me and I asked them to stop this company to stop from pulling from my account and once again I was asked to pay $29 and that is not helping their solution is closing my account which I have had for decades. really to them is either pay or close the account!!!!! OMG I can not believe a customer is not important to this company anymore the bank has incurred $116 insufficient funds charge to where it should have never gotten to this point. but I guess that is where the bank makes money $$$$$$ I also have two other accounts with this bank and the bank has drained them in order to get their insufficient fund money.......help me resolve this issueBusiness response

Sorry you had to incur fees in this case. As stated in your post, you have been a long time member and fees have been around for a long time as well. We have earned your business by doing something good over the years and we want to keep that relationship. Please understand that in order to offer products and services to our members and to stay alive in the competitive financial industry, everything for free would not be practical. Stop payment and other fees are listed on the fee schedule; however, we will have a manager reach out to you for a resolution to this matter so that we can continue to have you as a valuable member.
