I have attempted to resolve the issue with Ferrada Wheel and its wholesaler, Wheel Specialist Inc, about the defects in the wheels I recently purchased. I noticed approximately 1 week while washing the care several defects. I have sent several emails illustrating the defects and was told that they could not see anything. And AutoCity asked that I send the wheels back to them for 2 weeks. I said I would if they would provide a rental car for the 2 to 3-week time period. They wanted me to take my care somewhere and leave it up for 2 to 3 weeks while they evaluate the wheels. Wheel Specialists Inc is located at 701 South Perry LaneTempe, AZ 85288-2918. Over the weekend, I washed the car and the wheels to remove any dust and contaminants. The pictures will show the defects and there are defects on all the wheels.Initial Complaint

I contacted company to discuss a very dangerous and faulty design flaw, concerning rim cracks that developed which can cause bodily harm or death if, not when total failure occured. They basically said nope, your issue not ours.Initial Complaint

My collectively experience with Ferrada Wheels has been disappointing to say the least and I’m extremely shocked by the ineptness of their customer service department. On April 19, 2022 via Invoice #****** I purchased four 22x9 FERRADA WHEELS FR4 MATTE BLACK WITH GLOSS BLACK LIP RIMS for $2780. Unfortunately, much to my disappointment after only 4 “hand-only” car washes the Matte Black paint has started to split & rupture on my wheel. Ferrada Wheels CEO solution, remove the rims for my vehicle, mail the wheels back to their Houston headquarters, wait approximately a month to repair/ship back the Wheels and then send them back to me. I explained to Ferrada Wheels CEO that this isn't a viable option given that I only have one set of wheels and I would incur an additional, $800 cost of my own money to remove, remount and recalibrate my tires. In addition to paying almost $3000 for defective wheels Ferrada Wheels the CEO feels I should spend additional money, not have access to my vehicle because it's without wheels and waiting a month to repairs is the appropriate customer service response to a product that's less than three months old instead of swapping out my wheels for new ones. I confirmed with multiple Ferrada Wheel distributors there has been an uptick with peeling paint with their Matte Wheels. When I purchased their $2780 Wheels I sent full payment with the expectation that if I had a defective product that the issue would be swiftly remedy not incurring additional $800 cost.
