After several fires our $17k outside fireplace started to crack all over. Allied has refused to help us at this point. They redid the mortar once but it has continued to crack. We are now left with a subpar project. I highly encourage you to find a different company for your outdoor projects. As usual they will respond with please reach out to us to rectify their mistakes. They have no intention of helping us in anyway at this point.

Hired this company to redo pool decking and a patio. They did a wonderful job. We were kept up to date on each step throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would and had the job completed by the date they had quoted. I would recommend them for your outdoor needs. If a friend or family member asked, I would feel good about referring them to this company. Great job!!

WOW, that's literally all I can say about our experience with this incredibly professional, customer and quality oriented team at Allied OutdoorSolutions! We had a complete dual patio addition and extension in our backyard, also build and install outdoor kitchen, and evening out the current patio to one even level with carvestone overlay. From our conception meeting with Taylor, to our engineering meeting, our office/communications lead Nicole, our site leader Ryan, plus the on-site teams led by Evelio, Alma, Jack, Joseph, Juan...I'm sure I'm forgetting someone, (sorry) we are beyond thrilled with the end product. The entire project came in on budget and slightly ahead of schedule! AOS seamlessly handled permitting, inspections with the city along the way, coordination of 5-6 different crews (given our scope of work) with timing, materials, demo, rebuild, reframing, etc. They addressed our questions promptly and thoroughly and sometimes anticipated the info we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Alex came to help me imagine the project and broke down all my options. Then when we started Robyn checked in on the progress and made sure we were moving ahead as scheduled. I live in a historc district with additional hurdles and everything was handled beautifully. Big thanks and would recommend 110%.

The AOS team followed through completely to design and construct a beautiful covered patio with carvestone in the back yard of our historic home (1915 Craftsman bungalo). The project was completed in February 2024, and we would recommend AOS to everyone ??

After Devon made the sale and reassured me he would remain point of contact this was not the case. I seeked this because I have been an independent contractor and worked with companies and the best salesman will see the job through as it is the product he is selling. After Devon came we met with Devon and the closer with pricing. Items Devon said included all the sudden had an additional price. Getting through this I should have pulled the plug and not continues as I seeked legal counsel even to make sure we would not be stuck with any fees as the business side was sly and shady. Devon was with us through the picking of colors. We had to reschedule when to meet him at the tile/plaster store location and he was a no show. We went through asking questions with the workers there, who are wholesale so didn't want to mess with customers but we got our colors picked for plaster, tile, and stone. No allied employee to assist. Concrete pours were made with new slabs. drainage connected to system currently in place. Was not checked if connected. Two drains added and uneven with surface. holes not filled in and plugged with a puddy, which we now are fixing from filling out a google form with Allied and paying $200. Holes are from where a rail was removed and in our plans to be filled but it was not filled and carvestone crew could not wait. Also low spot(dip) where we had a run off slope, so now water settles and puddles up next to spa. Our tree drops several leaves and acorns and was discussed in process. In end we decided to keep tree and when plaster was put down some stains occured before we could brush it. We were told by Cole not to worry once we can clean it, they would come off. Not the case stains from acorns in spa and pool. BIGGEST FRUSTRATION- NO FINAL WALK THROUGH WITH SATISFACTION OR DISCUSSION OF NEXT STEPS, JUST SIGN HERE SO WE CAN COLLECT
