I sent my package to this shipping company on 7/10, and still no idea where it is. It was supposed to be in Nigeria within the same month. That didn't happen, and when I try to call the numbers listed 3 out of the 4 numbers have been disconnected. If I could get someone to answer their phone I'd offer to drive there to get my package but I can't get anyone to answer the phone and when I tried emailing them it came back as undeliverable. Worst shipping experience I've ever had and I do a lot of shipping.Review from Magaji P

Adelove shipping company is a terrible company, I shipped an item from Abuja to the US, since 5th of July 2021, it’s almost 2 months have not received my item and today is August 25th 2021, offices locked both in Abuja and the Tulsa office, my items are worth $2000 excluding freight fees, all effort to reach them via mobile phone been to no avail. Its a complete one year plus that Adelove recieved my good and products of 70" Smart Samsung TV and 3 Android Samsung Cell phones for shipping to Nigeria. The recipient has not received any product or items since a year ago. I paid for the services but not delivered , no services money refund nor my items return back to me. This is a fraudulent practices to humanity. Please help me collect my items and service money that I paid.Review from Naomi A

Of i cqn give a zero star i wud. Sent my dad to ship 11kg worth of perishable items, pricr overcharhed for #4,950 per kg, i requested delivery to their Baltimore office, was told it will arrive after 15days as i paid for Airfreight, its been over 6 weeks now, the lady at the Abuja office answerd my watsapp chat twice qnd now theres no response from her qt qll, i evem asked whom the best person to meet was, still she ignored. I want to believe they collecr moni for Airfreight but ship by sea and pretend a hitch hqppened. The lady told me the goods are in the US but they have a delay by customs! Which i dont believe. This is sooo frustrating, i wont recommend anyone these sounds like a Scam!Review from Michael A

Adelove shipping company is the worse of the worse shipping company. They are only interested in collecting your money and they wouldn't deliver on their services. As soon as they collect your money they would stop picking up their calls. Many a times you go to their office they would go into hiding just to avoid their customers. They are a big disappointment to the servicing industry. Everyday angry and disappointed customers come to their offices expressing outrage over their non performance. Dear public beware of Adelove Shipping company they are synonymous with disappointments.
