This company solicited my 80-year old mother on the phone. They then shipped her two boxes of various braces for her back, legs and arms. She does not use or need any of these items. They then billed her $800 and are asking for her insurance information to bill the remaining $4000. We have contacted them asking for return instructions and shipping labels. They told us they would email us a label and instructions but have not sent anything. The number to call for support (from the invoice*************) is an answering service in a different state with no access to any records of the items shipped or the names/addresses of recipients.Initial Complaint

Received phone call from this "company" asking if I needed any medical equipment & that Medicare would cover it and that it would be free to me. At first I declined, but they kept at it, giving reasons to get something. We finally decided on a knee brace. About 2 weeks later, I received a BACK brace, which I didn't need. I called them to tell them of the error, they said they would forward the information & someone would be in touch to remedy this. No one ever called. 3 months later, I received a bill in the mail saying they charged Medicare $1371.22 for a back brace. After the Medicare adjustment, Medicare paid $749.10 for a back brace that cost retail MAYBE $100, and then sent me a bill for $191.10 for something I have never used, nor needed. I feel this place ripping off Medicare & our system any way they can.Initial Complaint

I have been trying to return this product and cannot get a return authorization. I have not paid for the product as I was told it was covered by Medicare.
