      Someone from this company just showed up to my door claiming they were checking to see if I qualified for better rates on my energy bill. They did everything really fast at my door, and they had me do a bunch of documentation. I asked three times to make sure I wasn’t signing up to switch over, and he said that I wasn’t. As soon as I finished the last document it said something about thanks for switching. The whole thing seemed very sketchy, and I made it clear that I wasn’t interested.

      I have no clue who this company is but they somehow cancelled my electricity with Reliant and added me to their electric company. It has been a huge mess and I am in the process of filing complaints against the company. I have $400 in cancellation fee from my reliant that they will be waiving but has to be investigated first. Again- I don’t know this company but somehow they managed to switch my services to them!

      I’ve been with this company since Dec and I didn’t switch to it on my own, someone came to my door when I told him I wasn’t interested because I was in the process of moving he told me it was only to lock my rates in so my bill wouldn’t rise, which has me owing my previous electricity company almost 600 dollars, I didn’t know I had been removed from light bill company until I tried to transfer my lights, every month since I’ve been with Just Energy my bill has increased, also I don’t have access to my online account “ which I keep being told I can just reset it, and it has yet to work”, I went out of town for 3 weeks this pass June and live alone, also I unplug everything when not in use and my air is always set to 74 when I’m not home yet the bill for June is the 2nd highest bill I’ve received. The highest bill I’ve received was almost 400 dollars again I live alone, this company is all around scam and not assistance to u when u call but they’ll transfer you to 10 different numbers trying to get you to purchase more things, hate this for anyone else who is going thru what I’m going thru…if I could give 0 stars I would. I honestly don’t understand how this company is allowed to do this to people.

      My family ordered for services to be activated on July 1st a week before we got confirmation ! July 1st comes and our lights are not turned on ! Mind you this is in the middle of the Texas heat ! We talk to several customer service representatives who tell us that our lights will be turned on before the DAY IS OVER . It is now over 24 hours later and the power still isn’t on! My family and I had to rent a hotel because we literally have 0 POWER and our house became too hot to reside in for the day/night. We are furious ! We have been on hold with someone for over an hour while they “investigate” why our lights aren’t turned on because they were supposed to be turned on since we had everything submitted and handled . Now we are considering legal action because no A/C and no power in JULY TEXAS HEAT IS UNETHICAL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      Horrible and lied to. I signed up in ****** and was told I would keep my current price per kwh and get free nights. Also, I could cancel anytime as it's a special for ****** customers. First bill was 28¢ per kwh! Not my original 9¢ per kwh. Same with second bill and a $1000 electric bill! Cancelled and they still charged me the $175 cancel fee. Horrible

      Very unprofessional service! I have been a client for many years; in fact, I worked for the company back when it was ******** By Just Energy. I have two accounts with this company, one for residential and the other for a gaurd light. It's been well over a year that the gaurd light has not worked and has been reported to Just Energy ample times. After being told time after time that ****** would show up, they never did! Now I received my bill from $36.24 (gaurd light cost per month) to $350.13! I am being charged $175.00 for the "early termination fee," but I did not cancel any services! For over a year, all I have been trying to do is get the gaurd light back on! I have called many times and spoken to many agents, but the most recent agent was a guy named "James," who had a very strong Indian accent, was very rude to me, and disconnected the call. It is so hard to talk to a real human, and when you do, you get treated poorly, and then they hang up on you! I would never recommend this company to anyone, and for anyone who is reading this, stay away from Just Energy!

      Back in 11/2023 we had a gentlemen come to our home and tell us about all the money JustEnergy could save us because they do not charge a delivery fee. That would save us $75.00 monthly. But they lied. I have been charged a delivery charge every month. $75.00. I called and spoke to a rep and was told that the person that came to my home misrepresented the plan and lied about the delivery charge. At least other companies are upfront about the delivery chare and do not lie.

      I really don't know what say about this company. I've been with them for almost 2 years.. because I got solar panels on my home and there rate at the time was great ( had a contract with them) . last year in October, my bill was a bit high so I thought it was because of the winter months ( Less light). Well it started creeping up to almost 400.00 starting January. I called them at least 4 times in a 6 month period and expressed my concerns and let them know I have solar panels and why my bill is so high. I contacted them on Thursday expressing the same concern about the 365.00 bill and I spoke with an agent explaining the same concern. The agent tells me I am suppose to sign some contract for them to buy back my energy.. I was never given that knowledge since I been with the company. I have wasted so much money with these people. Rest assured I will not be renewing anything with this company. I suggest that anyone who goes with this company rethink your options. I really want to speak to someone about this issue.

      Malik came to my door told me about switching to Just Energy. He told me that my termination fee would be covered, "don't pay it just send it to us and we will take care of it". That was a lie. They only give CREDIT for termination up to $150. I called customer service and got this information, I filed a complaint against Malik and asked to speak to a supervisor afterwards. The supervisor Patrica would not speak to me concerning the false information given to me.
