              I started contract with yep energy July 2021 and it ends July 2023. My contract states that avg price paid for electricity is 9.7c per kWh, but every month when I get my bill the price is fluctuating. This month it’s at 12 cent and last month it was 10.8 cent. The month before it was at 11 cents. My contract clearly states that 2000 kWh and up is to be charged at 9.7 cent so why is my avg price paid changing every month. This seems to be illegal and breach of contract! I signed up for a specific rate and yep energy is NOT honoring the deal
