After being advised by atty ******* not to file a writ but file to relinquish parental rights back over to CPS (on one of my three adopted paternal grandkids) because he felt the child has spiral out of control and will cause additional problems, that he has handle another grandmother’s case like this and that he would have my case filed by 08/31/22, I employed him by obtaining loans (that he kept asking if I got the loan). His behavior thereafter proved unethical & unprofessional that I had to file with the Chief Disciplinary Officer-TX State Bar to get answers about my case. Prior to that I had to continually pursue him to file my case. He presented extremely erroneous affidavits & a petition bent towards him not representing me in court among other things. He began using his service processor to act as my attorney. Then he said he don’t know who to serve and that his processor has papers for me. Now that CPS has sued me after he filed 1st, he asked for more money and then he emailed me that he is not going to handle CPS case against me (although it is the same child). When I asked him how much more money he needed, he told me via text that he don’t take cases out of town (but this is a lie). I have other evidence in text messages & emails. As of date, he has not given me a court date for my case. Therefore, to resolve this matter with him, I have requested a refund minus the court filing fee and service fee that he said that he paid.
