            SOUTHLAND FENCE STARTED TO INSTALL 545 LINEAR CEDAR FENCING ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE COMMUNITY FACEING THE ****** PARKING LOT. THE CREW LEFT A SECTION UNCOMPLETED ON A WEDNESDAY AND WAS NOT TO RETURN UNTIL SUNDAY. THE FENCE WAS EXPOSING SEVERAL HOMES AND WAS UNSECURED AND NOT SAFE FOR THE OWNERS PROPERTY. WE WERE FORCED TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO COMPLTED THE OPEN , EXPOSED FENCE. WE HAVE REVIEWED THE WORKMAN SHOP AND MATERIALS USED ON THE FENCE INSTALLED BY SOUTHLAND FENCE. WE HAVE PROVIDED PHOTOS TO SOUTHLAND OF THE NESSARY REPAIRS. WE ARE REQUESTING TO MAKE THE NESSARY REPAIRS TO THE FENCE THEY INSTALLED - THERE IS BOWED PICKETS AND NAIL HEADS INSTALLED TO DEEP IN THE PICKETS. WE ALSO ARE REQUESTING THE REFUND OF $62.00 FROM US HAVING TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE CONSTRUCTION TRASH FROM THE FENCE PANELS BEING REMOVED - WE ONLY RECIEVED A PARTIAL REFUND.

            I would give 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend you stay as far away as possible from this company. Ken the project manager, doesn't keep you informed and tells you one thing, but something else happens. I was told 3 different start dates. I was also told it would take 2 days, took 5. I was told so many things that didn't happen, the list goes on and on. Warning! Just find someone else. *They offered to pay me $50 to remove my review. I wouldn't be shocked if other bad reviews were removed because someone was paid.

            Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. It is of our concern the review we received from our previous customer Kim ******. On behalf of our company, It must be clarified that it is in our protocol to contact the customer for each project milestone; therefore, assuring that we did provide updates on Kim ******' fencing project. This review came as a surprise as the job was completed nearly six months ago, on the date of August 8th, 2023, there were no comments ever made.

            This is completely not true. I did not receive updates, unless I called them. And even then things would change without notice. Since all of this, they have even offered to pay me take the reviews down (I have text messages as proof). I was also told someone was fired because of all mess ups.I also have the most recent contact from them, a saved voice mail.
