10/4 am called for a free quote for our metal fence. Call was routed to Rosemberg V**********. I informed that of our needs and due to inflation was trying to find a middle ground solution with some repair and some replacement. This person said the company doesn't do repair jobs and demeanor came across as such a suggestion was beneath their standards. He mentioned about financing and how this fence company isn't the cheapest but the best at what they do. He said to send photos and I'd receive a quote within an hour. I provided 10 images and received no commummunication. I thought the call center checked in with me and I expressed my concern and disappointment but the email was actually to R. V**********. He dismissed the dropped ball statement by saying he had a "family emergency" but would send me a quote in the morning. Normal people with high work ethic even in an emergency, will still send a response text of some sort versus no communications at all - especially when they went out of their way to agree to provide communication in a quick turnaround time period. The quote supplied included items that were not discussed and because the trust in his word had been breached, I choose not to respond because I was feeling patronized. Today he send another email - so I am asking for intervention because I don't want to work with someone I can not trust.Business response

Spoke with ****** ********* and reassigned a new sales person to meet with her to see how we could help. She will receive a call today from the new sales person to setup an appointment for next week.Customer response
