We are very happy with the work done on our foundation by Olshan Foundation repair.Rory was very kind and courteous and explained to us the whole process of the repair.and answered all our questions in a very very polite manner.Melissa was awesome. She made the whole process very smooth from start to finish.And also the staff who worked in team arrived on time,and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up the entire area they worked.Hats off to everyone.Keep up with the good work .Thank you for your help Mellisa with the entire process.

I had a helpful sales person that said that the people at the company was proffesional and knew what they were doing. They were supposed to take three days to install new drains. It was three days before the major storm that hit Houston a few weeks back. They guys were working for two days and then stopped. They installed a popup outlet, what was explicitly what I didn't want, and they failed the inspection. After pointing out that I paid for cutting the concrete, they very unwillingly did that. Then I didn't hear back from them. They had a final inspection for the last part, without entering the yard. On top of that they put the drains a feet down from the surface. They said they would come back the next week and fix that, but didn't do that before I contacted them yet another week later. Now they want me to pay, but the pipe at the street and standing water in it. It is a lot of money to pay for a job where they have cut the corners all along the way. At the end he came out and said that it had a flow, but after a rain yesterday, it has standing water, and a bunch of leaves in the pipe. I don't know if I want to pay for this job. I read that this forum is a good place to file complaints. The guy that was responsible for the project tried to explain that the drain was too long, and it was not his problem. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Don ******** came by to evaluate the job. It was pleasant to speak with a truly professional and honest technician. I learned a lot from the visit and will be recommending Olsahn of Houston to others in the future.

I gave Olshan my business because of previous experience within the family and a super financing deal. I received attentive service from start to finish. Chris came out for the quote & spent important time walking me through the inspection/quote process. He & Hilda worked with me on financing and scheduling the service (they were able to work me in on an earlier date than expected - WOW). Armando's crew of 4 worked tirelessly here in Kingwood ALL DAY to get the job done. 8 piers across the back of the living room & fireplace. Holes were dug, piers driven down, foundation leveled, holes filled in, concrete replaced, sprinklers re-installed + a really thorough clean-up job - all in one day! The crack in the living room closed up all by itself in the process! Today, I received a follow-up visit to check my plumbing for leaks - the foundation leveling was so well done that no leaks were detected. They are knowledgeable and provide a great service - these people know what they are doing and work HARD to get the job done & done right.

This is a review for the initial inspection and estimate [we have not had the foundation repaired yet]. Diego ******** came out to conduct the initial inspection and provide an estimate--it was free, which is nice. I really liked Diego--he struck me as an honest and knowledgeable guy. He was thorough in his work. He asked before entering any room in the house. He was patient while I asked questions about the estimate, and gave me separate estimates including/excluding various repairs. He gave me the details about which things should be done now vs. which could wait a couple of years. If we do end up moving forward with Olshan for the repair work, I'm going to make sure that we work with Diego's team.

I thought my house had a foundation issue but Don came out and assured me that I didn’t!

Don came out and looked at the house and fortunately everything was in good shape. He informed us to water the big tree in the front yard because of how much water it soaks up.

Our family saw cracks, so we made an appointment with Olshan to check on our foundation. Getting someone to come over to our house for a free estimation was easy and fast. Dave Klotzbuecher was our technician. He was amazing! He walked around the house and checked every corner. He concluded that our house did not need any repair, but he still showed us how to identify problems related to the foundation. We learned a lot from him today! Dear owner, please treat Dave to some coffee if you read this review! He was amazing, knowledgeable, and patient ?? He deserves a cup of coffee or two ?

Excellent teamwork from start to finish! I had foundation issues in the NE corner of my home. Structural technician Jake ***** carefully inspected the issues and shared a solution. Melissa ************ made logistics and scheduling an absolute breeze. Production Manager Gilberto *** arrived at site to review the work in progress and answer my questions. The team that completed the repairs did so efficiently and expertly.

My dad’s house got a problem with foundation because we saw some cracks from the walls and floors. We got a recommended from ** ***** about Olshan. And we called them, the Olshan free estimated and gave a quote with life time guarantee, luckily they have finance with 0% APR within 12 months for us. Everything fixed, very cosmetic and clean after. Very very satisfied about their professional, work by heart and friendly.
