    Since January 2017,  the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received numerous disputes that exhibit the pattern below;

    It has been alleged by consumers that the sales and practices of Exclusive Furniture are misleading and deceptive. Consumers allegations state Exclusive Furniture delivers damaged and low quality products, have constant extended delivery delays, and misrepresents the brands available for purchase in their store locations. Additional allegations state Exclusive Furniture fails to communicate with consumers when there are issues. When consumers contact the company for delivery updates, refunds, repairs or exchanges their emails and phone calls to the store locations go unanswered.

      I purchased a Sofa from this company on 9/6/23. Within a few weeks one of the leather remote controllable seats collapsed. Company sent out a warranty specialist appx. 3 weeks after filed a warranty complaint. Specialist agreed the seat needed to be replaced but he had to order parts. Since mid-November, I have been unable to communicate with company. They put me on perpetual hold. I've tried e-mailing, but no one returns my correspondence. I've even emailed the company president, without luck. Not sure what to do next. I'll accept repair, replacement, or refund.

      Experienced a bait/switch incident on November 3, 2023. Unscrupulous selling/business practices, credit approval above purchase amount, providing erroneous payment options, undisclosed fees, sub-standard furniture, and an iron clad contract terms disallowing refunds, exchanges, or repairs. Compounded horrendous experiences while attempting to reach an amicable resolution. 11/3/23 - I meticulous browsing/selecting a leather sectional sofa for $6500. 11/10/23 different sofa was delivered with a label identifying the material as polyester fill/polyester material. Website for the manufacturer confirms polyester sofa for $495. Advised delivery driver this isn't the chosen sectional. 11/1923 advised both sales person/manager of the error to no avail. 12/24/23 went back to the store advised the manager and pointed out the sofa, still on the showroom floor. 12/26/23 After exhausting the necessary steps to resolve this matter, sent an email to CEO Sam advising. I received a call from another manager, promising to review video footage to confirm the sofa chose. 01/01/24 received a text message from Eric scheduling delivery of the correct sofa. 1/22/24 the replacement sofa was delivered. It too was the incorrect. I refused delivery/advised the delivery persons/Eric. Eric responded via text "our district manager" will contact you. As of 3/11/24 I haven't been contacted by any representative from Exclusive Furniture. Sent another email and cc CEO Sam Zavary. I will be filing a complaint with the ******* ***** ********** (FTC), *** and ******** ********** ******.
