      Was very disappointed, I bought a bed 2 yrs ago, on a location in spring from same company, my purchase was awesome, so I decided to buy a twin bunk bed but they didn’t have it at the location were I previous purchased my mattress, the nice guy send me to the location on 5900 north freeway I arrived, mark was recommended for me, he received us with happiness and he was very helpful, we finished purchase, our items were delivered the next day. Once they finished building the bunk bed, we went to check and everything looked perfect, they had the mattresses laying on each bed, with the plastic on it. So one of the plastic of the mattresses was covering a cracked on the top bed caused by a power drill, and I got the bed down, opened one it was fine, open the second one, it had a rip open on a corner, while I was laying the mattress back on top bed, I noticed the crack on rail on top bed. I called right away, the nice lady provided me a number, told me to send a pics about mattress and I was going to receive a call back shortly. and then suggested me to discuss the cracked on bunk bed. I waited for about 2 weeks. Nobody responded it, I call back 3 weeks later, and email was provided, was told to send pics of issues and that it was going to be handled, I sent it. I later received an email from Brad T*****, happening to be the president of store, He was really nice in the first saying sorry for the issue and send receipt will look into this for you via email, The next message said. Our paperwork signed by you states all was delivered in good condition, no finding solution by just have a touch up on bunk bed, called back and me and Brad talk and while I was explaining him the problem. He told me, we got the docs were it’s says everything was good, then he lost control, he said something, I replied back and decided to disconnect the call. issues were not resolved. Only a call disrespecting each other I expected better customer service, “Don’t Do Business Here”

      As he stated all merchandise was accepted and signed for by him stating the furniture was delivered in new condition with no problems. Mr. Morales waited three weeks after his delivery to send me emails littered with profanity and demands. We have made a decision not to service him due to these issues.

      I made a big mistake in buying at landmark furniture and a mistake giving a good review after only 2 days later the mattress I bought turned out to be a bad defective mattress and they replaced it with a memory foam mattress made in China which had dips in it also...then I went and talked to Brad, the owner, that promised to deliver another one I picked out, and that was 6 weeks ago still no mattress and no call backs. I finally got through to talk to Brad, who was arrogant after I told him I just wanted a refund which he refused giving me. If I had known about all these bad reviews from day one, I wouldn't have shopped there. Do not shop here unless you like being robbed.

      We replaced this man’s mattress 3 times. He has bedbugs and we refused to replace it a fourth time. We have given him all his money back.

      They broke my window while moving my neighbor's furniture, gave me someone's CELL number to call about the damages and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Long story short, now IM left with the $300 invoice for my broken window which I didn't break! I have no clue how they've been in business over 20 years!
