      Furniture was Supposed to be delivered today, They emailed and said the Furniture went to Dallas TX, But it's supposed to be here in Kingwood TX.. I ask can they do a setup of the bed then scents they have inconvenient me, there online Supervisor Mary said No we will have to charge for that but we can delivere it Saturday, I wouldn't advise anyone to get anything from these people..and I will be posting the up date from this mess with this company..Soon..

      The idea of buying furniture online is enticing. I came across Luna Furniture when I was searching for the products I liked at Ashley's store. The prices were at least 30% lower than Ashley's and this difference greatly influenced my decision. The products arrived at my home a week after placing the order. Although there was a small breakage on the sofa during shipping, they resolved the issue with the repairman they sent. I am grateful for them for keeping track of the problem and doing what they said they would do. I think I will choose Luna Furniture again for my next order.

      ... I purchased Cozy Velvet Cream 4-Piece Cloud Modular Sectional! Lets just say there's nothing about this item that is COZY! EXTREMELY CHEAP furniture . I called expressing that the furniture did not meet the way they describe the product in their site and I wanted a refund due to that. They would not refund me the money and I paid $2500 PLUS delivery fees for this order. EVERTHING ABOUT THIS ITEM IS CHEAP. I feel like someone ROBBED me. Something needs to be done to this business.

Once again, we have examined the issue in depth. You seem concerned about the quality of this item. First of all, please allow us to inform you that we are not the manufacturer of this product. Instead, we are a dealer of this model manufacturer, which is one of the country's leading furniture manufacturers/importers. We haven't received any complaints about the quality of this product before. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not accept any returns and we must set up our policy accordingly. We hope we will have opportunities in the future to make up for the inconvenience to your ultimate satisfaction. Sincerely,

      COMPLETE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! STAY AWAY! I wish I would’ve read these reviews sooner! I ordered a BEAUTIFUL GRAY sectional & they delivered this UGLY green/blue piece of furniture. It is NOT the sectional in the image listed that I purchased. I watched videos & reviewed for weeks on the original manufacture before finally deciding to buy but they are trying to say there is no error. Now they are avoiding my calls, texts & emails. I have to call from a different number & when I do talk to someone they give me the complete run around. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! A month later & I still have this sitting in my home wrapped up because they refuse to replace or refund me. They promote fake items & create fake listings with fake pictures. Their entire business is a SCAM! I had to file a claim with the leasing company & my bank. Luckily , I had screenshot & voice recorded every communication with them to cover me on my end. Even the delivery driver said I had to contact them & he could not take it back. The “gas scenario” Ive read on previous reviews must be something they train them to say. They even deleted the item from their website & renamed it to something else because they know it’s false advertisement on their end. The lady handling my claim from the leasing company told me they have had numerous complaints so more than likely they will be dropped from their merchant list soon. EMBARRASSING! so much shady stuff I can go on & on about. don’t fall for any of the sweet talk. they will take your money then completely ignore you. BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!

Accordingly, we are not allowed to take merchandise pictures and post on our website. The pictures shown on our website exclusively come from those brands that sell in thousands of stores throughout the country. It is also important to note that we are required by the abovementioned manufacturers to keep the following note right underneath the picture of their products if color is involved: “Actual item may be lighter/darker than pictured”. Colors of the same product may even show some variation even on screens of different digital devices. Again, we do not manufacture or picture any of merchandise we sell. Also, it came to our attention that you have filed a chargeback with your bank or credit card company and they have sided with us most likely due to crediting our explanation and good will.
