      I purchased two pair of Nike Barbie shoes. One pink and one purple for my two daughters that have autism. It's been well over a month and nothing has arrived and no response when I send messages about my order to Savannah 's boutique. I would either like my delivery to arrive or my full refund.

      I swear NO customer read ETA and  make unwarranted claims. Eta is 6 weeks on website and they have already shipped to me. We’re on track with his/her order. There’s also an updates post on my vip and business page that shows the order shipped to me. So once again everyone wants to file unwarranted claims because they don’t READ THE FINE PRINT ETA’S EVER ON MY. WEBSITE

      So the owner I'm assuming of Savannah boutique sent me a SMS message through text she contradicted what she said to me which didn't add up at all. then I once again asked her politely if she could give me a more accurate date or approximately when the two pair of Nike Barbie shoes would arrive and she once again ignored the question. so either she sends these 2 pair of shoes very soon or she can just go ahead and re-fund me in full to my original credit card ending in **** I had previously asked her to either send the shoe(s) or re-fund me in full. According to her she never received any of my emails to ****************@gmail.com which is not true!!! I have proof!!! that she indeed responded to me one time back in July.

      I sent a text message becuse you won’t stop here on BBB! I figured text message was a great way to respond becuse it’s the fastest way to receive a message. I won’t keep doing this all day with you. I showed you photo of everything shipping and it’s that NOT good enough well I’m sorry. This is my VERY LAST RESPONSE WITH you on BBB. I can also arrachée tracking,photos and a paid invoice to supplier. You should have read ETA before ordering and we did have a small set back with shipping due to Hurrican beryl (no power 9 days)

      Recently before ******** **** my husband allowed me to order a bag from Simply Savannah Boutique. I read her shipping details and I was okay with it. 25 days not including weekends, ok great, I messaged her about my order because I haven’t received a update, the owner of the business started to reply to me emotionally charged so I requested a refund. She refused. So, I made a review about her company on the BBB website, the owner seen it and proceeded to update my order as shipped after harassing me about my review, and is now telling me she’s not sending me my order or my money. Owner also claims, she will do it on her time as a punishment because I left that review. I have proof VIA email and would have no issue sharing evidence if needed. She’s been still harassing me, and will not stop.

      I want my $114.98 refunded. Stealing someone’s money over emotional impulses is still Theft.

The ETA was 20-25 days, and my large orders arrived today, with five more packages coming next week. I'll send the refund and a screenshot when I can, on my own time, not yours. That's what you get for disrespecting me and thinking you can treat people however you want. But you can't treat me that way.

      February I pre ordered childrens outfits due in 6-8 weeks I paid for the pre orders in full part of the orders were received part was unfulfilled. August the owner sent me a credit codes for unfulfilled orders. Tried placing order using a promotion code available to general public and also my credit code to pay for the product, after all this is my money paid in February in the form of a code instead of a refund. The website is unable to accept 2 codes so I emailed owner that says I have to purchase full price items or pay for promotions. This is absurd to ask a customer to pay full price when everyone else is paying half price or to send more money when they already owe me money. I ask for a full refund mailed to me or placed back on card I used to pay originally however the owner refuses to give refunds. The owner stated I should have requested refund before code was sent, I had been in contact over these unfulfilled orders and was never given a option for refund or a code the code was just suddenly sent to me via email one day. I would like a full refund of unfulfilled orders + shipping to my card or mailed NOT a code to be dictated how I can spend my own money the business owes me. Customer service 101 this company missed out on!!

      Unfortunately shopify does not have the ability to combine codes - that gas nothing to do woth us personally.  We had a promotion for 50% of a certain collection that you only get with one code. We can't combine. 

      I see on your account that you were sent the $120 code a month ago. I have combed through business messenger - personal messenger - and emails and do not see anywhere where you requested a rrefund. You were missing 4 outfits which we sent a code for - when we send codes out it's for you to get replacements. It is against our policy to do refunds and it's listed on our website.  You never asked for a refund until yesterday when you could not double dip our 50% off sale with your code.  Every business has polices and rules - ours is no different.  I'm sorry you were disappointed that our system can't combine codes for a sale - it's out of our hands.  

      We have never received a refund request from you since your code was sent a month ago. And obviously there was no problem woth you receiving the code and you using it until yesterday.

      I'm sorry for the inconvenience - your code is very much still active.  And you are more than welcome to use it still snd I've added an extra $25 as our apology for the inconvenience.

      I patiently waited from February till now for product and /or a refund yes a code was sent the end of Aug for not only one order but 2 orders and 2 separate codes this is not a promotion this is my money to spend. I was unaware that I could not use the code as I would cash or any other form of payment. I am u able to purchase promotions without sending you more money or paying full price for items the general public received for less than full price all because you refuse to give cart cash or a plain refund. I will not allow you or any other business dictate how I spend my own money customer service is definitely not your priority. Then as soon as I question you on this I was deleted and blocked from all accounts by you this is very telling in itself. I want a complete and full refund for orders never fulfilled and I intend on prosecuting this to the fullest extent of the law. No customer should have to deal with this type of fraud and degrading behavior and accusations from a business they have spent a lot of money with in the last couple of years. I have taken the next step on my end and will continue until a FULL REFUND is received.

      Customer got a code months ago for $120 she very happily took because she tried to use it for a 50% off sale with 10 items in her cart. We already had a code for our 50% OFF SALE and Shopify will not allow 2 codes.  She’s had every opportunity to use code since August and now she’s mad because I can’t change the rules for Shopify discount and allow her to  use her own code she’s had for months. Not one time did the customer ask for a refund. We even gave a extra $15 on the code and she can use code whether she wanted but not on a sale for 50% that already has a code in place. I understand what the customer was trying to do but it can NOT work with Shopify. I am not going to change the code just for her. I get that she wants 10 outfits for $120 code for 50% off but sadly it doesn’t work that way. She is now bullying,threatening and making false post about me and will not leave me  alone. She’s had months to use her code she was VERY HAPPY TO GET because she just tried using it and literally lost her mind when she couldn’t.  She came at me very aggressively and rude to me. I tried to explain in 50 emails on a Sunday that her code sadly came not work. She could have used the code right away for the sale items on her cart but she wanted to double dip codes and get 50% off with 10 outfits totaling $120. SHOPIFY doesn’t not allow 2 codes. After explaining to her over and over and over and over again now we’re here! I do not owe her a refund.  I do not owe her anything. She took a code months ago. Tried to use it a few days ago and is not threatening me nonstop.  I will not allow this bullying of any kind. If she continues I will take further action

        I think the business response tells a story in itself no this code is as not given months ago as the business plainly states herself it was sent in August, this is September. I am owed for not only one order but 2 orders for hats was paid for months and months ago but never fulfilled. Harassing and bullying has definitely NOT been from my end I have every email communication between myself and the business and as soon as I questioned and ask for a refund by email I was immediately blocked from all social media etc. so I am unsure where these allegations are from other than the other several hundred “customers” she had scammed out of money using a child to gain trust of the public. The problem is not that I want to use 2 promotional codes to place a order, I was simply trying to place a order during a sale that was open to the public using my he credit I have with the business due to the lack of fulfilling orders previously. The owner wants to dictate how i can shop with my own money that she has had since February 2022, because she owes me money I am not allowed to shop sales unless I send her more money. At this point the owner owes me $190 in a refund!! The only future intrest I have with this individual is to get what is mine, the refund for $190. SSB has scammed many people for years now going as far to have a fake address on there business page all in the attempt to keep people from filing more charges against her. This business should be shut down and this woman should be jailed for stealing money from so many families using her own daughters name to do it. I am asking for nothing special or not he back and forth simply a refund of my money then go about out separate ways. We are not in high school no one has attacked anyone,  if that is what the owner is needing to feel justified we will do not hat in front of a judge in court not on the BBB site while trying to work out a resolution before that level. A simple refund of MY money is all I am requesting!!!

      Let’s get sone facts straight right now the **** ********* is not fake. I get packages there all the time. Check your fact. I work out of my HOME and my packages do not come to my HOUSE! It’s a family business/store for 35 years at that location!!
      Google it since you’re so quick to lie about everything. 
      It’s comical to me you can attack me everywhere publicly and think it’s ok.  It’s not ok for you to spread lies. You took a code WILLINGLY many months ago. You TRIED USING IT on a 50% SALE that already had a code and you’re now upset because you couldn’t double stack code.

      Shopify doesn’t work that way. I’m not going to allow you to bash me on public pages and stay in my vip group. Are you even serious??

      Let me add I’m not a scammer or thief and you can’t definitely stay  in this business if you are.I’m live weekly,I’m on *************************** *** ******** *** don’t you think for a minute if I was doing everything you’re lying about,any of those selling platforms would shut me down.       I am unsure what bashing etc publicly the owner is speaking of the ONLY communication I have had had been right here through the BBB. Other that the few emails she and I shared before this complaint was filed by his had been the ONLY place I have aired anything about said business. Also we are not talking about months the codes were given in August I ask for the refund in September so definitely in a timely manner unlike the amount of time you have held my payment for product that you never had or will have February til August.  So no the only attack has been from the business side however I’m not going back ond forth on mute points with a business that clearly has 0 morals, customer satisfaction/service, class, and if I had to guess clueless on the backend of running a business or this would not be such a issue. 

      The facts still remain:

      Business was intentionally ambiguous about the code and offered it in lieu of a refund without communicating the restrictions she had placed on it. Refund should be provided since she wants to dictate now what I can purchase with the code. The rest is  rhetoric;********

      Customer took code months ago HAPPILY. She tried using it on a 50% SALE and was very upset when she wasn’t able to stack the 50% off code plus her code to get 10 outfits. She has 100% bashed my company and several posts my daughters name was brought up. They are bullies and won’t stop posting about me. If customers did NOT LIKE CREDIT or wanted a refunded right away THEN WHY DID SHE TRY TO USE CREDIT on a 50% sale. Come on. I’m not stupid. I am fully aware what she was trying to do I’m in ok. With that but Shopify doesn’t allow stacking codes YOU CAN only use 1 code. She has so many orders with me that were filled with my company so you knows damn well I’m not a thief or scammer and this has 0 to do with my daughter. Stop bullying me and posting shoot me. When you got your code you should have asked for a refund then and you definitely shouldn’t have tried using the code months later and now acting like I’m the fraud! Come on DO BETTER.
