Spoke to sales rep on the phone and asked many questions about there custom 6” lift kit and 23” wheels/tires. Was told it would fit my model ****** cart. It did not. Rear tires rubbed badly. Problem is trying to get a tech rep on the phone to find out what’s going on. That’s not apparently an option and you have to email any concerns and wait for a response. Five days after my issue occurred, I received an email explaining that it’s rare, but occasionally you have to saw/cut a portion of the body trim to make their lift kit fit! —If I had been warned up front this could occur, I would have not lost five days of use and may have chosen a different kit or different size wheels/tires. —If the customer service was more responsive, I would have not lost five days waiting to see if I had an incorrect part or if I installed something incorrectly. Which neither was the case.Review from Richard H

These people lied about parts that would fit my club cart. I even called them on the phone to make sure. No, that peddle to wheel lock does not fit. Sorry people work there.Review from Ron H

I never received my item I ordered. That's $1200.00 down the drain. They can't answer emails and do not answer the phone. Good luck if you need something from them.

I waited over 3 months for the parts i order, then they shipped the wrong parts and want me to pay shipping and a restocking fee. Worst company i have dealt with in a long time. I wish i could do no stars for this review, this company is terrible, find someone else to buy from.Review from David D

The support is slow and not effective. I'm dealing with product issues months after I contacted support for help. Parts arrived broken and some were the wrong part altogether. Would not recommend using Golf Cart Garage, there are too many other choices out there.Review from Rosemarie D

We have ordered twice from Golf Cart Garage and were very pleased both times. We have a gas golf cart and an electric one that needed specific parts not readily available here. Manny helped us determine what exactly we needed, we got them ordered, and they were perfect. We will again order from them when we need parts for our carts. I see the Golf Cart Garage BBB rating is not good. However, my experience with them a week or two ago, was excellent. The product (a DC charging cable) was delivered sooner than promised and its quality was a bit better than expected (terminal lugs were factory installed, simplifying the installation). The kit also included a tie wrap. Not a big thing, obviously, but it does show some attention to detail in a positive way. I suppose more people are motivated by bad experiences to report than are motivated by good experiences. I am a fan of the BBB and refer to their ratings when evaluating a supplier I've never used before, so I'm sorry to see Golf Cart Garage's rating below what I had expected. They certainly delivered for me better than their rating would have suggested. I will use them again, if I ever need to, based on my own experience. Good luck, Golf Cart Garage, in getting your rating back up. Keep in mind that it takes a long time to build a good reputation, and it can be destroyed a lot faster than it can be built.Golf Cart Garage Response
