      I ordered an *** ******* **** ***** ******* ****** *** **** * ******** 12 V converter, Digital Display and Charge Port for my 2002 EZGO Freedom TXT Golf Cart on June 29th, 2023, order * ****** from "Golfcartgeeks.com" that cost me $2,230.00. On July 6th a delivery was made that ONLY included the battery and the charger. I denied the shipment because not all components were in the bundle and was a partial delivery. I contacted a gentlemen named "Zane" through customer service and asked where the other components were. He apologized for the mistake and said it was going to be in 2 separate shipments, when in fact my invoice attached proves it was supposed to be in 1 shipment carried through ** * ******** *********. He then proceeded to rectify the situation by rescheduling the order to be redelivered the next day July 7th, 2023 as the other components would arrive via *** ** ground by Monday July 10th or Tuesday, July 11th. From this point the components were delayed with no communications. Today, July 12th the *** ** delivery was made and upon opening the delivery, the remaining components were not all there. I did receive the Charge Port and the Digital Display, however I am missing the 12V Converter that comes with the bundled package that I paid for. Without delay, I immediately contacted "Zane" via his phone number of 281-571-7575 and he answered. I explained the problem and he replied that he would contact his "processing team" to see what the problem was and call me back. I have since texted, called and emailed with no responses back from his company or him. This has cost me $2,230.00 and they did not deliver all the components as promised per invoice. I have tried to make communications with him, but to no avail, he or his company will not return my communications. This has so far costed me hundreds of dollars in storage fees for my golf cart and I would like this situation rectified by completing my order in an expeditious manner. Thank you.

      They sold me two marker lights that do not work. I am requesting to return items but they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee for items that don’t work. Now they want me to send them a video to show they don’t work.

To clarify, your order was placed on our website on May 17, 2024, and fulfilled and delivered on May 23, 2024, via USPS tracking number ending in **********************. You ordered LED Marker Light replacements, SKU ********. Before making this purchase, you reviewed the descriptions, terms and conditions, and our return policy. According to our policy, if an item is defective, we require customers to submit a photo of the damaged or defective item to prevent scams and fraudulent returns. If an item is indeed defective, we are happy to replace it at no additional cost. We are committed to taking care of our customers when issues arise, but we must ensure the integrity of our return process. We cannot blindly accept every return or replacement request, as doing so would jeopardize our small business. Additionally, we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of labor and shipping. If you wish to return the item, this fee will apply as per our policy. This is a standard business practice across the nation, as nothing is free in life. I regret that you did not want to provide evidence of the defective items. If you send us photos or a video of the defects, I will personally ensure this issue is resolved promptly. We hope this response demonstrates our willingness to resolve issues in good faith, as long as they comply with our policies and guidelines. Unfortunately, we can no longer provide free replacements without verification. Thank you for your understanding. .
