    I have several unpaid bills that Salvasen did not pay, I was assured all preventive procedures were covered, i don't know where to turn or who to talk to about this. Anyone have any luck getting I'm touch with someone that can help?

    I find that this company doesn't have any problem withdrawing funds from your account to pay premiums, but they seem to be at a loss paying claims. I had a doctor's visit in December, 2021 and as of August, 2023, they have yet to pay the claim. My doctor's office said they were unable to reach anyone at this office by phone or email. You call their number and you will not be able to speak with anyone; their email differs from the one given to you by the company that handles their billing.

    I'm adding to the chorus of complaints here for Salvasen. They are blaming their inability to pay my claim on the fact that they acquired my former health insurance provider, *********, and the data/info of these claims did not transfer over in time for Salvasen's systems to have documentation of them. Therefore, they are not paying the claims, though ********* customers, like myself, paid their premiums of $800+ per month to ensure that this scenario would never happen. Since Salvasen acquired ********** they should assume their liabilities as part of their acquisition. I urge everyone to never use Salvasen as your health insurance provider.

    Like everyone else, I got my bills last month (Jan 2023) from services in 2021 that I just found out have not been paid. They have been responding to my emails, but denying to pay anything. TDI (Texas Department of Insurance) demanded they stop business in August of 2022. The are supposed to pay out claims or reimburseme premiums. I'm in the middle of trying to get that done. Please anyone give input on any successes?

    I dealt with Salvasen Health in Florida when I was laid off from my job. The first experience was i was told that I had hospital coverage and when I went i got a bill for just over $1000.00 when i call Salvasen they said i did not have hospital coverage just doctors and wellbeing coverage. I went to the doctor for my annual check-up and blood work in August of 2021 and started getting invoices from them that the bill was not paid over a year later. These places have sent me to collections for non-payment. When you call Salvasen customer service it just gives you a website to forward the information and no live person will take to you, its been 18 months and they still have not responded to the Doctor or Quest to pay them and when I email them i just get the runaround, someone had called me and said there was a class action lawsuit against them. I can not find out any information on this matter. This place is a major rip off

    This company has not covered one claim. I’d diligently paid my premiums every month and they haven’t paid a cent. This company is a scam! I’ve followed up every month since 2021 when I found out my claims have not been paid. They continue to say the claims are being processed. It doesn’t take over a year and a half to process a claim. They never paid for my mammogram ($971) nor my lab work ($191.65). They are frauds and scam artists and do not deserve even one star. How can the word et out about this company before the number of victims continue to rise?

    Well add me to the list.... This place is... was... garbage. I had PreventionPlus for 3 months between insurance (Jan 21 - Mar 21) and now my medical bills are showing up. I thought I had things squared away with them back in June of 22 but they have not answered the claims. Their phone number goes nowhere and apparently the claims email goes straight to the garbage bin. If you have not, lodge a complaint to your states Department of Insurance. Salvasen is probably gone by now with cash in hand but we can hope something can happen. Save your bills just incase.

    I signed up for PreventionPlus. A claim from my healthcare provider for services on 7/14/21 was finally denied on July 2022. At this point, my healthcare company put my outstanding balance into collections. I followed up today with Salvasen Health when PreventionPlus said to call them. I called, it said go to their website. I went to their website and it mentions that no longer taking claims since JulyAugust 2022. Has anyone had any luck getting any further with them?

    I purchased a plan from salvason and they never paid one penny on a claim. I would recommend that no one ever waste their money or time with this fraud company. Please find an insurance company you can trust. This company has a F on the BBB for a reason. They are crooks and you plan to sue them.

    Did everything I was suppose to do pre approval for procedure. They have done everything not to pay my bills, including saying I wasn’t a member during service telling me to resubmit to a different address. I have not received any denial letters from Salvasen I only continue to get bills from the hospital and physicians. I have never dealt with a company that does not correspond to the member. Stay away from this company they are the worse absolutely a nightmare! My out of pocket for a colonoscopy will be $5,000.00!
